The staff was amazing. Friendly, everyone had a smile, greeted us like they knew us forever. The clenliness was better than any other hotel we have stayed. The entry way was great. Military tribute wall, flags, and statues. The grounds were very well kept. The room had 2 TV's which was great. not everyone likes to watch the same thing. The bathroom was clean and the soap / shampoo dispensers were locked "tamper proof" so we were comfortable using the soaps provided. Plenty of clean and neatly prepared towels. The bedding was quality material. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. I have to add that the breakfast was great! Hot, fresh, very well maintained and organized. Nothing was empty. The dining area was very clean, neat, and maintained. You can tell from the first impression that the staff cares about the guests and the institution. Thank you for a great expirience. If traveling through Hope Mills, NC again, we will definitley book for the night!

It was great the staff was wonderful, the rooms and beds were comfy and the facility stayed clean the whole time

When we arrived from driving 5 to 6 hours (don't remember the hours of drive) we were told we had no room we was supposed to have had rooms and he said he couldn't find us at all so we all had to call booking and then they give us a number to give him and then he said he found us and the reason why is because mine was last name first then first name and my other quest he was saying it was a completely different name then what we were giving him but it didn't make any sense because we were giving him the confirmation number and he still saying no rooms until we called booking

Very friendly staff.

Love the Army...Love our troops. But, didn't expect to share the hotel with an entire Battalion. Made it impossible to get much at all for Breakfast, and no where to sit. And then they held their morning briefings, after hogging up the space and the food. Not sure about our troops being housed at a Holiday Inn....doesn't Fort Liberty have barracks and Chow halls ??? I hope during the next war we get in....the battlefields are near a Holiday Inn !

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time visiting our young grandchildren in Parkton, so the location was perfect. The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly.

We broke our stay into two parts because we spent a night babysitting in the middle of our stay. On our last night, our room was stuffy. We opened the window, but there was a lot of noise. We could have used a tutorial on how to operate the heating system.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good . Workout room was ok.

Entrance to property could only be accessed from one direction. So you had to pass it for about two blocks and make a u-turn and drive back to it if coming from the other way.. the light switches for the room were not easily located when you first entered.

The location was extremely convenient for me, the staff was very friendly, and I liked the full size shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap bottles.

The walls are a little thin so I could hear people above us stomping around and some vehicles throughout the night. It’s close to a busy road though so that’s to be expected.

It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Also the staff member we check in the other was so sweet.

The only problem occurred at night. Around 10:30 some really loud young man were taking and yelling at the top of their lungs. I woke us up.

The location was accessible to several things

We absolutely love the breakfast, the bed was super comfortable, the only complaint we would have is that the shades don’t make the room completely dark. You have a couple inches of bright light coming in your window.

The friendly staff. Greeted us with a smile each time we entered and exited the property. The cleanliness of the rooms. Comfy beds.

Guess smoking directly outside in front of the entrance way. There should be a designated smokers area away far from the entrance.

The front desk staff were very nice, friendly & helpful, & the breakfast was good.

The beds were comfortable, but very high. Difficult to get up on. Also, luggage racks are old & very difficult to push & get to move.
