Loved the location, the cleanliness of the hotel, the bar was a nice addition. The gym was nice. Overall nice hotel.

I did not originally like the fact that I had a handicap room & shower. The water kept getting everywhere in the bathroom. Causing a mess. Requested for another room, was denied. Room had an old smell to it.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The facility was very clean and overall comfortable.

The air conditioner was very loud to be a new unit. Breakfast was not as advertised, but there were a few options. Going to different floors (other than our own) for ice was inconvenient. This would probably be better for a business stay than a leisure stay.

Not getting another iron after requesting an exchange sine there was residue on the bottom of the one in the r. Was told by the front desk that it would be reported to the housekeeping staff.

This hotel was in a great location near all of the stores you’d ever think to go to for vacation . The staff were amazing and very helpful . The room was very clean , spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again .

The reception staff was accommodating and friendly. They readily answers queries.

I was wondering when I booked my reser /vation, I know it includes breakfast. Howeverthe receptionist on the front desk gave me a one day breakfast voucher instead of a 3 day free breakfast.

The thing I loved MOST about this entire property was the AMAZING and kind staff that worked at the reception desk. The gentleman that worked the late shift, (Our large and exhausted family arrived in the middle of the night.) was so welcoming and kind, and lightened our mood. the two ladies at the desk the next morning were so sweet and helpful, even when we discovered our SUV had gotten soaked inside during the night from a rainstorm and the luggage carrier straps causing a leak….and my elderly mother in law, 3 year old grandaughter, two teens and hubby had to wait inside out of the cold while I dried everything…they were so consoling and kind and let us borrow some hotel towels to dry the water. I just really appreciated how kind everyone was and how they made the stressful holiday travel a little easier.

Very well kept. Open space perfect parking area. In a perfect location to get to anywhere in town. Or just stay here at the hotel and they have everything you need to complete your stay!

Just needs another room for those times where friends or family can hang to have an discussion or maybe play some family games. A room not to big or not too small, just big enough for social time instead of hanging in lobby.

Everything was super clean. They have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel which is good because you can have fun and go to your room and not drive intoxicated. The rooms were super cozy and comfortable. Showers were nice and I LOVED that they have DOVE hygiene products.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. So clean and modern!

Front desk clerk was snappy, but she did apologize when she saw me again, and I did too, and I snapped back at her making it worse.
