The staff was very friendly and professional. My check in into the hotel was fast and easy.

My room needed to be renovated and updated. The couch in my room was very worn out and looks to be coming apart. The shower needs to be renovated as it had cracks in the tile and mold has started to set in. It would also be great if they would have an option for non-pork eaters for the Continental breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean and fresh. Presentation was excellent

The place was dog friendly which is good for us because we always take our small breed with us. The room next to us also had a dog. The dogs were very anxious because they were aware of each other. I think that rooms with pets should be spaced a little further apart because the dogs can smell each other. This makes for a very anxious pet.

The hotel is clean and the lobby inviting, nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff greets you as soon as you walk in and are pleasant. Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Couldn't hear the highway traffic or other guests. Location was perfect for us, with an event at biggs park mall we were 5 minutes away along with all kinds of restaurants and stores for our adventure. Breakfast was great, had the options of eggs, sausage and gravy biscuits, muffins, yogurts, oatmeal, cereal. Overall I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Can't think of anything, we had a great stay!

The breakfast was very good. There were many options from which to choose. We had a pet, and the room was located with easy access to the exit, across from the dog walking area. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

The only thing we were a little unhappy with was the pillows. They were not comfortable. We did have our own pillows in the car, so I brought them in and used my own pillow. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for our one night stay.

This is a pet friendly hotel. But even though I did not travel with my pet I chose to stay there because of my previous experiences at other hotels. I took a chance and I loved it.

Complementary breakfast should be served a little bit earlier. A lot of people that I traveled with also say the same thing. Most of us have to catch a plane or continue on the road to a specific destination, and would love to get an early start.

It’s located in a safe and quiet area! Although close to the interstate the noise is minimal once you are in your room! Located beside an outback and across the street from a Walmart and surrounded by many restaurants.

I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like about this property! As long as the air or heat works and the bed is comfortable I’m good! The water pressure could be a little stronger but that’s me! It still gets the job done!

It's a tiny bit dated but it's still quite comfy. The rooms are clean and the beds and comfortable. Breakfast is included and there is free wifi. I was traveling for work, so I don't need more than that. Just a nice quiet place to sleep after a long day and the promise of hot coffee in the morning.

As I said it a little dated. It seems to be trying to look more modern but overall it seems sort of like the late 90s or the early 00s. The breakfast is carb heavy, which is difficult for someone with celiacs. However there was sausage and eggs, so it kind of balances. The only other thing is they allow pets. I don't care how well you clean, if you allow pets it causes problems. I have a mild dog allergy, so I got some sinus congestion on the property. Also there is the worry of fleas and such.

The breakfast was pretty good. There were not any juices out for consumption. The attendant once asked, did provide the requested beverage. The check-in girl was very sweet and empathetic to our misadventure to a neighboring hotel. Upon check out David was very friendly and engaging. On future trips, we will definitely keep this as our go-to spot to stay in for Lumberton.

We ran out of toilet paper. We then had to use the tissues for our use. Additionally there were some rowdy kids in the hall about 4:30 - 5 am,

This is the third time we've stayed at the Comfort Suites Lumberton on our way down to Florida. We like it because it's right off the Interstate, next to an Outback Steakhouse with lots of other eating places nearby. The lodging is very modern, comfortable and clean. Security and safety are good. The breakfast was first-rate for a lodging like this. Scrambled eggs and sausage were excellent. The price has gone up due to inflation but is still reasonable.

Had no luck with the Wifi on multiple stays.

I loved how close it was to all the restaurants and gas station. I also loved that it was pet friendly. I have a service dog, but I still feel like other hotels give me dirty looks for having her with me. The staff at comfort suites never made me feel bad for having a service dog.

The room was great! But it did look bigger in the pictures.
