Facility looks newly renovated with newer furniture.

The room was basically a handicapped accessible shower. That was true but there was a small raised door jam between the bathroom and the main bedroom. They could use a slight ramp to make it easier for someone with a walker to go over this lip. A walker can get stopped by this slight ledge. The hallway leading to the rooms looked like some areas were still being renovated and the hallway was muggy getting to the room. Once inside the room, it was better climate controlled. Guess they are still fixing up that top floor..

Location was decent. Some shopping/dining places in walking distance, but all the selection you want within a 10-20min ride, including the mall, Texas roadhouse, Carrabas, etc... it was overall a quiet stay. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The host was very friendly & explained things clearly. I like that u can check out online or pay for a later checkout option

U could hear everyone/everything that came by your room even if they weren't loud but still wasn't very disturbing. Tv channels need updating & more variety. The breakfast could be better but still not bad compared to other places.

I didn't like that. I had made my booking through booking.com and I paid in advance. When I arrived at the facility I was charged again. I saw that right away and said something to the front desk. They looked and saw that that was true but they refunded me the booking.com price which was less expensive than what they charged me by about $14. I know that's not the end of the world but it didn't sit right with me. This was on Saturday and I have still not received my refund back. Again. First world problems but it shouldn't have happened.

We had traveled all day in a snow storm and found this location on booking.com. We have excellent experiences at La Quinta in other cities. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and so sympathetic to what we had faced all day. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good the next morning as well. The location is right beside interstate 95. Quick off and quick on. We will stay there again!

The parking lot was icy and could have been cleared a little better but they had a freak ice and snow storm that they don’t experience all the time.

Very close to the interstate, but quiet. Breakfast was always fresh with plenty of hot and cold items. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My room was immaculate. Bath water was piping hot...perfect. The bed was very comfortable!

Overall, the property is worn and needs a makeover. But, for the price, as long as the bed is comfortable and my room is clean, I don't care that the rest of the hotel is outdated and a bit worn out. For the price, the accommodations met my needs. I was comfortable.

We really liked the service and the staff

We didn't like only one thing: one man who clearly didn't live in the hotel but he was there during breakfast and was talking on the phone the whole time and was sitting right on the counter with hot drinks and not on a chair and it was problematic for us to get a cup of coffee and we had to ask him to get up from this counter and one woman who was constantly talking to him and probably works at the hotel and this man is her friend really didn't like it.

I think the quality of the eggs on the buffet could be a little bit better. The eggs taste like they were power eggs. Would be nice if you could add a little bacon to the menu. Would have loved to have had a banana at least one day doing my stay.

The only thing that I had trouble with was when it was time to leave there were no luggage racks available to move my luggage from the room. Had to make three trips to get everything into my vehicle. I was told by the front desk staff that someone had probably kept it in their room. Maybe you need to come up with some kind of tracker on the luggage racks to help you locate them.

The breakfast area was very clean. Well stocked and Maintained.The waffles were the best I have ever eaten. Nice eating area. Amelia at the front desk evening shift was very kind, helpful and welcoming even when she had a long line and a phone call she handled with professionalism.

The automatic front door was broken and you had to manually open and close the door. Amelia apologized.just thought i would mention that the shower did have a leak in the corner and the stick on tile was squishy. The shower was amazing though. ROOM 331(I think)

I liked the easy access to the motel off I 95. The room was clean and inviting for a good night sleep. The pet friendly sold me. I was traveling with a 5lb chihuahua and she seemed to be very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful guiding us to a restaurant for a quick dinner. The outside of the motel was well lite and safe. I definitely would stay there again!

Choice of restaurants in the area.

This was a quick getaway after a stressful week. It was away from the main part of town and quiet. We truly enjoyed it. Very clean and the room was spacious. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was good and hot. Having Coffee/Tea 24 hours truly helped to keep me awake while I worked. Great Value if you are traveling. We were there for 2 days and will return again if we are in the area.

I think I could not figure out the thermostat and my room was a little chilly (my own fault for not calling downstairs).
