The young lady at the check-in desk was amazing as my reservation through booking.com apparently called for a single king size bed when in fact I thought I had booked two queen size beds, but she quickly adjusted the reservation to accommodate our needs. She was friendly and truly impressed me with how she responded to the need to change the reservation. The facility, while a tad older, was fine for our needs. The room was clean and had all the usual conveniences, e.g., coffee maker, ironing board and Iron, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The location was very conveniently located just off Exit 49 on I95 and was surrounded by places to eat. Overall, it was a lovely facility and even had a nice sized pool. Highly recommend this facility to anyone traveling to the Fayetteville area in need of accomodations.

The accomodations were what we expected. Breakfast was adequate.

We were disappointed that we got charged 2 nights. We made a mistake by reserving the room for the 22nd instead of the 23rd. The hotel seemed to have many rooms available on the 23rd. I suspect they did not lose any revenue because we had booked the 22nd. The hotel staff told us they they could not waive the room rent for the 22nd. That lowered our happiness with the experience with the hotel. We would have been very statisfied if we had only had to pay for the one night we stayed there.

Breakfast included in price. Updated, comfortable room.

Both the pm check in clerk and the am clerk were a little snotty. They did not like questions concerning the deposit put on my credit card and was very put out that I asked for a receipt on checkout. Neither very personable and friendly. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay and we will be booking it again as we travel back and forth from Florida 4 times a year. We have stayed at many motels in Fayetteville and this was the best so far.

Room was immaculate and was very similar to Hiltons, that I regularly staying at - but it was at less than half price of Hilton family. I stayed at another Day's Inn in New jersey the night before - it is no=ight and day! Cherry Hill is shabby, not so clean, and you feel underapreciated there... I also checked the grounds of the hotel - on par with Hiltons!

No omlets for breakfast... Only carbs, not proteins... The other Days Inn in New Jersey had omelettes, and they kept me going for half of the day...

The facility was a welcome surprise. My room was exceptional. It is the first time where I found a bathing stool available in the special needs equiped room. I was very impressed with the room and the facility in general.

The staff provided what I would call minimal service. Did what was required but offered no thoughtful or helpful information. When I checked out at the desk and asked for a receipt I was told that they could not do/provide that and I would have to go to another website to get a receipt. A receipt mind you for staying at your facility. I found that lacking.

This hotel was very conveniently located off of RT 95. We were traveling with our dog and found them very accommodating. There was a big grassy area for him to run around with waste bags available. The breakfast was adequate. It would have been a little better had they had a little fresh fruit ie strawberries and/or bananas to put on cereal or waffles. Although I do appreciate the rooms being clean, the strong smell of bleach was overwhelming. I guess that’s the price you pay for making the room germ free. Overall, I would recommend this facility to anyone traveling with a pet. Comfortable, accommodating, and friendly.

I like everything about this hotel, the stay , the location , it's a great place..

I don't like that this is my second encounter with roaches at this hotel. They need to keep the rooms sprayed cause I would hate to take roaches back to my home.. And it's still a good place to stay. Just can't deal with the roaches..

Check-in was good, property was very modern, clean and well maintained. Room was all I could ask for, night and day difference between the Econo Lodge the previous night in Frackville, Pa. and I'm a retired Econo Lodge G.M.

They could upgrade the cont. bkfst a little bit, maybe scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs, they had waffles but some bacon or sausage would have been great. Not complaining I had coffee, OJ, and a couple of bagles.

Breakfast was good and staff was very nice. The owner of the place was so super nice. The pool was closed as the season was over but they opened it for us and allowed us to have our family living near by come at no cost. You can walk right across the parking lot to get to Burger King, and a mobil mart across the street for anything you might need. Will stay again.

No elevator, but it's only 2 floors. We made due with the stairs.

We had two rooms- both doubles with sofas. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and personable. (Forgot her name but she has a young son who's a genius!)

The property is undergoing renovations, so the exterior is less than inviting and there are a lot of construction workers milling about in the morning.
