Clean, spacious, affordable. More space than other rooms at this rate.

The valet trolleys were all missing in the morning as people hoarded them in their rooms. I suggested to clerk she contact Corporate and suggest adding beacon detectors to them so they can be located. Another suggestion is similar to the quarter at Aldi for a cart. Only it’s a credit card and you don’t get charged if cart returned within , say 20 minutes (as a disabled person, if I can load trolley from my car and unload it in my room, and return it to lobby, all within ten minutes, while on 5th floor; then 20 minutes should be more than enough. Charge the card only if not returned within that timeframe. Fees will be charged incrementally, doubling the fee each additional 5 minutes. Then, those of us who really need them, gave a fair chance of using them.

Everything! Location was very accessible! Gym was good. Room was unbelievably clean and modern! Loved the shower and toiletries provided. Breakfast was delicious! Angela provided exceptional service upon check in. Took the time to sign me up for reward program even though it was late. Gave me a choice of floor which no one ever does! Very professional, but extremely personable. I have stayed in 10 hotels in two months. Hands down the best!!!

Nothing I disliked

I love that the property was new and they offered a lot, including the pool and a weight room and free breakfast, an amazing breakfast every morning with so much to choose from. And the staff each person is amazing and very friendly and kind.

The only problem/suggestion that I have is there’s not enough outlets in the room. As well as the light controls are strange to where you can’t have the light between the beds on and everything else off everything is all controlled by one button and that was a little bit of a nuisance. The room is also laid out sort of weird, but it’s manageable. It feels kind of small with the bathroom being like almost half of the room, but a beautiful room nonetheless.

I loved that they allowed me to have an early check in so that I could make my son’s graduation without having to check in much later in the evening. Thank you.

The doors are a little noisy. I wish that in the history of the hotel industry, they would make it a priority to make soft clothes doors to each of the rooms, so that sleep isn’t interrupted by banging doors all night long other than that it was very quiet.

Excellent cooked breakfast along with fresh fruit, hot and rich coffee and everything else you would want. The eggs and bacon were constantly topped up to ensure freshness. All the kitchen support staff were happy, polite and friendly. The hotel is new so the rooms sparkled in every respect. our room was wonderfully quiet.

I couldn't fault anything except the fact as a dog owner I wish they allowed pets.

Excellent hotel and staff! Location was good with plenty of restaurants and stores short distances away. Rooms arelarge and comfortable. Ample parking, 24-hour fitness center and nice continental breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Bed pillows on the soft-side. Would recommend couple of firm ones placed on beds as an option.

Easy access, quiet location, clean, and modern. Staff was friendly and inviting. Room was comfortable, spacious and very modern (barn door on bathroom, square sink, lots of lights and electrical outlets, large tray to hold snacks while watching TV, super comfortable beds).

There was nothing we didn't like. Our stay was fun, comfortable, and pleasant. Hope to return in the future.

The person who stayed above my room was loud all night, you could hear running and stumping all hours of the night and morning. New Years Eve it was expected because people are partying and enjoying themselves but the night after it was quite annoying.

The rooms were very well set up. We were traveling with our 17 year old grandson who slept on the sofa and it felt like there was privacy. The breakfast was excellent and something for everyone. I appreciate the attention to sustainability and good food choices.

you can't do anything about this but I wish it was in the town.
