The property is located right off exit 49 Of I95. There are several fast food restaurants in this area. A Cracker Barrel Restaurant is in walking distance from the rear of the hotel. We have stayed here before as it is close to family and friends that live in the Fayetteville, Bladen County area. The housekeeper on our floor added little extra touches such as is done on a cruise ship. I really appreciated the thoughtful, artistic gestures. We stayed in the fourth floor.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. It is clean and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Everything always smells so nice and when you check in they give you a warm chocolate chip cookie. I will go back to this place again and again. They also have a pool which I have never used, but would like to.

We didn’t have the breakfast. We DID go into the marquis restaurant and had Caesar salads which were delicious.

I’m waiting to make sure I get the entire $50.00 deposit back. Apparently, your credit card is used and kept incase you order room service or use other Anne cities. We paid cash at the restaurant and did not charge it to our room. When I checked out, I was told that we would be getting half the $50.00 back. We’ll see. I hope I don’t have to call to get my full amount back.

The restaurant was closed the weekend we were at the hotel. We had stayed at this hotel before and planned to enjoy dinner there. It would have been nice if it was communicated to us (as we had a reservation) that that facility was temporarily closed so that we could have made other advance plans. Only plain coffee in the morning without a pastry or fruit to go was disappointing.

It was ok. Items were not very warm. Good selection.

Used the restaurant for dinner after a long day of driving. On draft beer. Taps not working. No ice tea. Food was good, but very slow to come out. Over 40 minutes after we ordered.

The check in was seamless and quick. The lobby was laid out nice and the lounge was pleasant as well.

The bill for breakfast didn't seem right because it is expected to be free to guests. I felt lke a stranger coming in off the streets.

Room was clean. Parking was adequate, but there was no handicap parking if you did not arrive at the property before 8pm in the evening. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and there was a restaurant on the property.

Not enough handicap parking at the front of the building. Needed more adequate lighting in the sink area for application of makeup.

Easy check in, friendly staff, room was spacious, quiet, convenient, clean and comfortable. The next time I'm in Fayetteville, I'm definitely booking there again.

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like.

it was close to the highway for easy access.

the floors outside the elevator on 2nd floor were sticky and unmopped both days. also, the vending area and outside garbage cans were overflowing both days and appeared to not be getting removed. the breakfast was disappointing. eggs and gravy were not edible. we did not eat there the 2nd morning.

The room was very nice. Also very clean. The best thing was the help we got when they couldn't find the reservation we made through Priceline.. No reservation but they had a room for us & it was cheaper than the Priceline rate. They were VERY helpful!

We would have liked a free breakfast like most other hotels have.
