The entire staff here was OUTSTANDING!! They were friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. The hotel was VERY clean and well-maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable, too. This hotel was located in a nice area of Fayetteville. The free breakfast was a delight. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity. Job well done!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would have to say that the only thing I really didn't care for was that this particular hotel was a little distant from the convention venue that my family and I were attending. This was no fault of the hotel, however, so The Holiday Inn Express South Fayetteville did everything right.

Holiday Inn never fails me. Though we arrived late but the guy at the counter is so helpful to us. I thought they are not going to open the door for us coz we arrived like 1:00am, i was just thinking, perhaps for safety reasons they locked the front door. But as he learned that we were there. He immediately entertained us and asking if we need something or anything. Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety but, still good. Room/Bathroom is clean, beddings and pillows smells nice, I don’t know if that’s the laundry detergent they used. Staff from morning . Upon we checked out. The staff are so nice and friendly. We will be going to stay again if we will be in the area.

The establishment was fine.

A family was in town having a reunion, they stayed up all night long drinking and smoking outside in the parking lot until the morning hours. The family hogged the pool from morning until the staff closed it for the cleaning process, then they were back in it till closing, people who were not staying at the hotel were getting invited there to swim. That part was uncomfortable because no one else could enjoy the pool.

great breakfast. Great accommodations. Want to purchase the liquid soap body wash and lotion for personal use. It was awesome as was the other accommodations. Parking was excellent and convenient. Please provide a picture of the items. I've asked a few times. or where I can purchase them. Researched online. Want all 3 , Pls help. Thank you.

The facility was very clean and comfortable

I have stayed here in the past with my family. We love the breakfast options the next day. I had a family of five expecting full hot breakfast the next morning as we always do this is why I choose your facility. However, this particular location was only serving cereals, they were out of orange juice, no egg, sausage or bacon was being offered and the coffee had one empty pot, and the other one was very bitter due to it being the last cup. Was not happy at all, considering we chose this facility for an overnight stay expecting Breakfast to be included since we did pay for it.

Everything. The attention to detail was exceptional. They had extra towels and bedding ready for us at check in, they had multiple allergy friendly foods at breakfast (my kids have gluten and dairy allergies), everything was in impeccable condition.

The hotel itself was super clean, the room was super clean and bigger than expected, the bthrm was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean, the staff was really nice and helpful, it was in a good location... I would DEFINITELY recommend!!

There was nothing we didn't like.... but the USB wasn't charging, so we had to plug in an adapter. That's LITERALLY the only thing wrong but not a big deal to complain about.

Spaciousness of the room. Separation of the bedroom from the living room. Very clean. Great breakfast. Welcoming staff.

Bathroom only had shower and toilet, sink was outside in living area where there is carpeting. Indoor pool has no locker room to change had to go back to room.

The hotel is in great condition. The lobby is spacious and the breakfast area was very nice. The food and breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The elevators and hallways were wide and clean and bright. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of storage in the room. I really like the design of the hotel and the rooms. The location is easily accessible off of the interstate and there are many restaurants nearby. Downtown Fayetteville is also only a few minutes away.

The showers need more water pressure. The area around the hotel is okay, but appears a little run down. The front desk staff was unprofessional. While I was waiting they took a call from a customer about something that was broken in their room, and the front desk staff was cold and rude to the customer and complained about them openly to other customers. The breakfast staff worked very hard but was also rude and cold to customers when asked questions. Some customer service training seems needed.

Great place to stop thru on our way back to PA from Florida. The room was thoroughly clean as were the common areas. The rooms were updated and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We arrived late (7 of us) and the staff was very helpful and professional. A smiling face greeting you makes all the difference.
