I’ve stayed her a few times in the last couple years and come back because of the lady who manages it is a sweet lovely woman who really tries to make you feel happy, the location is great and it’s really well priced. I love South Beach (I think the prettiest around and much better than the beach in town). I like being in a neighborhood of quiet condos and yet just a couple minutes from town. The hotel is vintage but updated and charming. Nice pool, upper deck to sit. Rooms are good size and all have little kitchenettes.

Just to be clear: it’s a vintage building and this means unit AC’s (that as a native lull me to sleep so I like them), and bathrooms that take me back to my youth: brown or green tile and small.

The staff is always great, kind and accommodating! The location is great: quiet as it’s in a neighborhood of condos and houses, but minutes to town by either bike or car, and right across from South Beach entrance-I think the prettiest stretch of beach there-where you can either walk a few feet to be alone or even if you don’t it’s not crazy busy. The rooms are always very clean and pleasant, roomy with a kitchenette and table to sit at. But really I go back because it’s vintage cute, the lady who manages it is so sweet making you always feel at home and the location is perfect.

It’s an older building and although updated and very cute I’d love a slightly bigger bathroom. But the staff and location and value outweigh any minor issues.

We loved everything about our stay at Seaspray! The (super clean)facilities were a fun retro beach vibe and the location was perfect - just across from the beach and also easy access to AIA and a grocery store for the few items we needed. It is an older property that looked to be updated a few years back so if you get hung up on things not being “modern” this isn’t your place. It’s just an all-around throwback to a simpler time and we loved it. The manager Meg was welcoming from the get-go and made sure we had everything we needed from helping us get set up with supplies for the pool or beach -towels, chairs etc. - while our room was being prepared.

The Property staff were great, especially the Mgr MEG! The hotel had bicycles we could use to go into town, a nice pool with endless towels and parking for our rental car. The location was great, a 1-block walk to the Beach!

The AC unit was only in the bedroom, and it was loud. The small fan provided in the Common Area inadequate to move air around the unit. None of the windows opened, in fact they were sealed shut, this prevented getting circulation when we could see breeze outside, and gave us pause about the safety in case of a fire etc.

This spot is super cute and in a great location. Meg really makes the stay amazing. She is super helpful, always making sure you have everything you need. She even introduced us to her squirrel and bird friends who wait for her in the mornings and left us peanuts to feed them as well. The beach was great and we loved using the backpack style beach chairs with cooler zipper pockets that we could borrow from the lodge. Made it super easy to have a nice afternoon on the beach.

The location is great, nestled in a quiet neighborhood steps from the entrance to South Beach. With a lifeguard, you can stay there or wander a little north and be as alone as you like. Meg, who runs things at the hotel is a wonderful, kind woman. She came back after hours without hesitation or hint of irritation when I thought I lost my key. The hotel is a charming old Florida motel that has been revived with stylish surf themed photos and updated furnishings. It keeps its motel roots intact with original nicked terrazzo floors and small to tiny tiled bathrooms. A cute and clean pool can be looked down from a pretty raised deck.

Maybe only the small bathrooms. But I really love the place almost because of them really.

The people were so nice. It was super quiet, very cute place. Vintage FL vibe, comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. The chairs they had for the beach were nice. They were so accommodating and helpful. I'd definitely recommend. No elevator tho, only stairs if that's an issue for you

The pool wasn't screened, so it had lots of leaves and stuff, but it still was nice, relaxing, and there was a net we could use to skim the leaves and stuff out ourselves

Location was amazing. Beach was right there 2 minute walk. Location was quiet and friendly. Staff treated us like family. Room was cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Had to drive 5 minutes to great restaurants, but I loved being near the quiet part of the beach. Will stay there again.

Loved everything Exceptional

Unfortunately, we only had two days. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. But the well-kept garden with pool is also beautiful. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The atmosphere is informal. The welcome was very warm and personal. That was great! We had an absolutely pleasant stay and would love to come back.

All the reviews about Meg are 100% true! She is the BEST! From the moment you walk through the front doors. My daughter and I stayed one night and wish it was for at least two. The beach is 4-5 mins away and even walked to dinner. Meg suggested we visit Dario Italian everything was very authentic and fresh. I can’t wait to visit Seaspray again what a hidden gem.
