Beautiful resort feel large rooms friendly staff. Great food

Just be aware the resort next door driftwood has live entertainment on an outdoor deck so if you are in the south tower you will heat it .

I loved that there were so many things included, like beach chairs, an umbrella, paddle boards and kayaks. It made it easier not to have to bring so many things along. The property was beautiful! The pool was amazing and I loved having the beach just a few yards away. The food and drinks were exceptional!

When we first arrived we had to talk to the front desk about our room. The mirrors were pretty gross, there was a sock left on our balcony from the previous person, and they didn’t sweep our room well because there were chips all along the backside of the room by the balcony. They also left cleaning supplies in our room.

loved the amenities from sunrise yoga to the pool, to water sports to the rooms. Even the rooms that were not listed a ocean view had an ocean view. The morning yoga instructor was life changing in her pearls of wisdom for setting your intentions for each session,

the doors to the north and south towers were always unlocked even with signs that said after certain hours you needed a key, being off a public beach this is a safety concern.

The staff is exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the view from our room was wonderful. The food and room service was great with the exception of my salmon which was overcooked.

The hotel needs a deep clean. Build up of dust on most of the trim was very noticeable. The halls need to be attended to. But other than that, nothing!

Outdoor red umbrellas in front need replacing. The AC units are noisy. The click sound it makes when going on sounds as if someone is entering the room. A bit scary in the middle of the night.

Lovey room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We had a lovely view of the beach. Great balcony. Nice clean and deep swimming pool -- you can actually swim in it. Comfortable sun lounge area. Older staff who looked after the towels were a bit odd to us at first. But we managed to work out their requirements in the end... Great breakfast with very friendly staff. And we had really great paella in the evening - a highlight.

Honestly cannot think of anything. It's pretty expensive for UK travellers, but that's a result of our awful currency. The many thunderstorms were a disappointment -- but the hotel couldn't do anything about that! Vero Beach is very quiet.

Everything! Staff lovely, location great, breakfast top notch and whole general surroundings beautiful. Room large, well appointed, tastefully decorated and stunning balcony overlooking the beach which is so close. Felt like a real 5 star experience!

It was a lot of money for one night, so needed to be good - thankfully it was!

We loved the location , the view from our room, the breakfast and the service at the beach. Also being greeted with champagne is a nice touch after arriving from the airport.

House keeping did forget about us one day but they came immediately after we notified the desk!

We enjoy the service at the beach and at the wave hotel. It’s a boutique hotel that offers a family and pet friendly environment.

Unfortunately, the TV was not receiving a signal during our first night stay in the front guess would offer no solution, while the TVs were working in the bar area, and in other rooms. The employee should be trained to provide customers a solution.

Beautiful location on the ocean front with free use of beach chairs included in the cost. Nice pool with attendant staff. We had a room giving a view of the pool and sea which also had a balcony.

The food menu for dinner was somewhat fussy and costly. However the town of Vero Beach is very nice and there are plenty of options to dine with the Lemon Tree being our favourite. Our big gripe and frustration just now is that despite the cost of the stay being taken from our card before our arrival the hotel insisted on taking the sun again plus $100 a day for incidentals. This is pending and we are assured that this will be resolved without the sum being taken twice. The hotel suggest that this is due to the “third party” which will be Booking.com. This has taken the shine off an otherwise relaxing and enjoyable stay. How about stepping in here Booking.com?
