I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; every corner was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I went down to go to my father's funeral and I arrived earlier then the regular check in time but needed to check in so I could shower and get ready. They were great, they let me check in early, the room was clean and very comfortable. The price was great and the breakfast was wonderful. Will be staying there again.

The pool closed at dark, I wish it stayed open later. I had my 2 grandsons with me and all they wanted to do was swim in the pool but it was dark by the time we arrived back to motel and they were not allowed to go swimming. They should keep the pool open until 10 or 11.

To begin, the desk staff & housekeeping were very helpful & friendly. Our family had three rooms. Rooms & bathroom were big & clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included with great varieties & with hot foods. Great location, next to the Vero Beach outlets & Cracker Barrel restaurant. Felt safe. Front & back doors locked at 11pm making it necessary to only enter thru lobby. Fair prices. Free parking. Have used this hôtel throughout the years and still is one of my favorite.

Staff were very nice, and genuinely helpful and accommodating. I mentioned at checkin that I would miss breakfast next morning because I would be out from 6 to 10.30, and the very kind receptionist went in the dining room and brought some yogurt and milk to my room. Later, I asked for a 1 hour extension late checkout, and a different receptionist readily and smilingly agreed.

It wasn't as clean as it should have been. In bathroom their are shelves, and they were not dusted. Yeah, you can sweep, change the bedding, and trash bag, but that is not enough. It needs to be extra clean. The shower walls were dirty, and the walls had black fingerprints. I was lucky i had cleaning supplies with me, but I shouldn't have to clean.

The room layout was unique to us. The room had a small sofa and coffee table/ottoman combo, plus a cute table that went over the arm of the chair. Everything seems relatively new. We had a great nights sleep.

Finding the hotel from the road was a challenge. I missed the turn on my first try. Then circled the building to get to the lobby. Recommend a more prominent sign on the main road.

It was very clean, comfortable, great location, staff polite and friendly. They were accommodating because we were traveling with our 16 year old Yorkie who is blind and deaf who got sick and had to be rushed to emergency vet and they allowed us a late check out. That was very kind of them. They were concerned about him

I have nothing that I did not like about the property except there was an issue with phone service at times my phone would not work but that was something they could control. It was my phone service T-Mobile with their so called 5 G service.

It was very clean, excellent customer service and easy location to everything we visited in the area. Plenty to see and do in Vero Beach and well worth going back again to stay.

The only thing I should have done different was to book through my membership with Choice Privileges to get a lower room rate and to achieve points for future stays. I missed the boat on this and the front desk couldn't make the changes, or that was what I was told.

Everything from start to finish was excellent! Check in was super easy and fast, the staff were pronominal, amenities were on point and it was very clean. Definitely where we will stay again when we visit Vero Beach!

Layout was nice, convenient to many amenities in town, pool was fabulous and warm.

Love the different variety of breakfast options every morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious!

The toilet in my room was flushing very slow. Also, I had to request housekeeping at the front desk (new policy) and would have preferred more TV channels especially the major News Networks!
