We went for New Years Eve and had a great time in the nearby neighborhood. It was very calm, we enjoyed great food and suddenly walked by a street that was fully active with New Years Eve events.

There were a couple of baby bugs inside the room and I had to clean all of my clothes and bags upon returning home in order to kill anything that came back with me.

Love the location!! The beach is amazing! You can rent chairs daily and they will set them up along with an umbrella. I was able to get moved up one floor after the first night so I could see even better. The staff is super friendly and willing to help however they can. I loved that they restricted parking to guests only. It’s so nice to sit on the patio in between the hotel and Mulligans. It’s very centrally located for great dining and shopping experiences as well.

I wish the beach had an accessible ramp to the ocean and there was a king suite ocean front that is accessible. It’s a little dated but the view and location are what you are paying for. The back parking lot could use more lighting. It’s really hard to see at night especially trying to park an accessible vehicle. There are no van spots with extra space next to it for the ramp to come down.

They never found my Booking.com reservation and had charged me already for one night. Despite there never being a reservation recorded from your app, the front desk located a twin room for July 4th. She had to pay for that herself.

I am disputing the one night charge with you, them and Bank of America since they never located my reservation and I never got a room. Extremely disappointed and likely will never.book.with you again.

Location. Proximity to so many walking points. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Not much. A couple of outlets did not function properly. Laundry room was lacking a sink, change machine, soap machine to purchase detergent. Screen for patio door would have been mint. Parking lot by elevator very dark and could use a spot light or motion sensor light aimed towards the vehicles. Very minor things.

Hard to beat oceanfront. All three staff was wonderful but Jenna was especially helpful and kind. Jenna handled out every request immediately and with a genuine smile. Did not catch the managers name but she was nice as could be and accommodating as well. We will certainly be staying at the property again , hopefully sooner than later.

Room service was iffy. It’s not the hotel but the restaurant next door. Ordered breakfast first morning and wasn’t good. Order a cheeseburger next day and they forgot the cheese.

I loved how clean (in general) it was. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly from the million times I called to get an early check in to check out time. I love the location and how affordable it was.

I saw like two roaches in the room but it wasn’t enough for me to complain about. The other thing was since I had a city view, the parking lot was directly in front of my window so Sunday morning I heard several car alarms when they would lock their door and the slamming of their trunks. But that’s not anything the hotel can prevent.

We enjoyed the hotel property in that it was clean and very convenient with Mulligan’s on property. The view was obviously amazing and the staff were wonderful. We’ll be back.

The elevator is terrible and I got stuck in it for a bit which freaked me out. It’s also time for Holiday Inn company to update this property as it is showing its age.

The restaurant, Mulligan's, associated with the hotel was right on the beach. Even if you didn't eat there, they had chairs set up so you could just sit and relax. The hotel had a great pool, too.

We drive an electric car and it would have been nice to be able to plug it in there instead of stopping on the way home.

Clean and a great location. With a little smile and special touches it could be an excellent place to stay. Staff was friendly but not spectacular. So much potential but left a lot on the table.

Great pool area but no hot tub? Wasted space in the room. Parking is an issue.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Lamps weren’t working and door to the bathroom had to be fixed. Staff fixed it. But it continued to fall off the track. Even had to wake my family up to get out of the bathroom in the middle of the night. Stubbed my toe every time I went out the back door. But is to be expected Incase of water surge. But paint it something bright. Had fake grass on our ground floor patio that was nice. But noticed none of the other rooms had it on the ground floor. We were room 136. Rented chairs and an umbrella from the company right on the beach outside the hotel. Was really nice. Especially since I’m a local and live 3 miles from the hotel “LITERALLY” owned a biz across the street for 30 years. So it was nice to leave my chairs and umbrella in the car and pretend to be a tourist and not have to lug everything back and fourth all sandy from the beach. The cost was $30 and might I add…well worth it. As a single mother it was a little well deserved staycation. Wish I could have afforded another night. However that Mulligans restaurant is disgusting!! And Smells even more disgusting than it looks. It’s a shame to have a great location and have such a disgusting restaurant attached. Hotel was great
