We spent 5 nights in downtown Asti as our base in the Piedmonte wine area. The B&B was located with easy access to both historic Asti and to roads that took us out of town quickly and easily to the Autostrada to explore the area. There was very convenient and secure paid parking right under the facility (Price very reasonable). Hard-working Guido, the facility manager, whose family owned the properties for many years was wonderful and so helpful. He helped with restaurant reservations and all kinds of information about Asti and general information and we really enjoyed talking with him. We had a 2nd floor accommodation that included an in-suite bathroom, queen bed and studio kitchenette all with ceramic tile floors. The breakfast facility was across the street in another part of the property and served a large array of foods, fruit, meats, eggs, breads and sweet. The price of the facility was very good for being in the city and it was in easy walking distance to the activities in the historic part of the city. The WiFi worked perfectly. We highly recommend this B&B. We Enjoy B&Bs because of their diverse accommodations compared to standard, cold hotels, and the great people we get to meet. We highly recommend this B&B.

The room was nice and located right in the city center. However, the room shown on Booking was completely different from the one I received. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said the photo doesn’t matter and that I should have sent a special request. I find this unacceptable — the photo shown during booking should match the room provided. It was very noisy — the window faced the street, and there was a glass container outside, with people throwing bottles in all the time. There was on-site parking available for €8 per day. Pets are allowed. but for one night - you can ignore the noise, if you are very tired😃 I can recommend the hotel, but only if you ask for a quiet room in advance.

Pros: beautiful large welcoming home with private courtyard and balcony. Windows opened to the streets below and it was fun watching the people pass by. The electricity went out when we were making dinner and the staff was immediately available to help get the electricity back on, even though it was late at night. The staff spoke English. Great location! We enjoyed walking around the picturesque town, and buying groceries. Comfortable beds and lots of space for our family of five. Very friendly helpful available staff. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Cons: After the lights went out, the staff told us the oven was still being worked on. The kitchen could use a few larger pots and pans… we had to cook pasta for our family of five in shifts as there was only 1 small pan. We also recommend a bread knife and a chopping knife. Also, perhaps a scissors. But these are minor things that probably don’t affect most guests.

Very close to the city center, self check-in which is perfect for late arrivals. The interior and the rooms are very peculiar, extremely interestig, suggested to people who like to be different. Public parking spaces within few meters, quiet area.

The self check-in with no time limitations is available only for guests who pay in avance trough the app, not for those who prefer paying at the property: this was not clear at the moment of the booking, it becase clear only after the booking was confirmed. I suggest to explain this better.

No one was there at the specified time. When I called, they asked me several times and seemed to have forgotten about such a reservation. We were given a lower rate room that did not have the equipment we paid for. The manager flatly refused to understand. The furniture and fixtures in this hotel are very worn and do not match the photos. The walls are exceptionally thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the adjacent rooms.

This is a lovely, quirky set of rooms, with the emphasis on simple comfort. The location is excellent - in the centre of Asti, but in a very quiet area, so that you feel part of the place. There's a local cafe for breakfast and great coffee, full of locals and local colour, and within 5 minutes you're in the busy heart of the city. The train station is 10 minutes walk away and there is some parking on the street nearby. An ideal place to have a local base for a few days, while you explore this underrated city and the region.

Very nice apartment, very nice spot close to the city center, a small supermarket downstairs, 10 minutes walk to the train station, 35 minutes by train to Torino. @ Guido - great job !! Italy - we love you for your glutenfree options. Other countries should/must learn from you.

I have never seen a kitchen sink and a fridge installed into an old wardrobe with the TV on top. A really cool contruction. Unfortunately ... Italy lost the football game.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was OK. These are my two basic requirements. Asti city seems to be split into two areas. Old and dilapidated with lots of churches but few facilities. And a busy centre. Rooms are at edge of first area and a 10 minute stroll to second. Guests need direction.

Immediate location has very little going for it.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and in the same room. Comfortable bed, some may find it hard but we like a hard bed, Air conditioning, large bathroom and very quiet. Staff are friendly and the room was spotless.

This time their fantastic breakfast was not available, which we were looking forward to.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! It's a hidden gem – romantic, charming, and full of vintage character. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff were truly amazing: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A top experience – we felt really cared for. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!
