Location was great. Breakfast was basic but very friendly landlord lady who was chatty and recommended points of interest in the area and restaurants to visit, which were all good.

We actually intended to have the bigger apartment with self catering kitchenette but misunderstood the online booking facilities, ... we chose the cheaper basic double room, by mistake. However it had en suite bathroom and as our stay was just 2 nights, we enjoyed the meals out instead. Recommended. Our next visit we will stay in the larger self catering suite.

I like the place and I feel like comfortable and I also feel like in my home It’s not my first time in this place it’s my second time because I like it one of the most beautiful place Italy and I tell it’s one of the most beautiful place in Italy. because I’m not from Italy and also I wasn’t around and for sure, I’m turning back to the same place because it’s nice to see it and the people there also really nice and really helpful people

I would like to say that this is one of the most wonderful places I have visited, and for me it was my first time in Italy and visiting Neive. As for me, it was one of the most wonderful places I have visited, and the best treatment from the staff and the people who work there is that you feel that you are at home and with your family. This is a group. Very wonderful and the place is also very wonderful. I would like to say that it is not the last time. I will return here again for sure. I would like to thank you again for ur Wonderful work guys

- fairly modern / renovated lately

- on a fairly busy road - no children’s playground as it says in the description - and also dangerous as there is no gate to the road - apartment obviously hadn’t been used for a while and should have been aired out - no fresh bread, muesli or spreads for breakfast - one has to pay extra to use the kitchen

Welcoming and helpful staff, clean and tidy room, quiet place, easy free parking

No closet/wardrobe (although the room was huge yet inefficiently furnished), no hair-dryer, broken sliding rail in the shower, no hangers in the bathroom, very limited breakfast (you only get a plate with a couple of slices of homemade cakes and some biscuits. I would recommend adding more options like yogurt/milk/cereal/muesli/croissants/eggs/cheese/bread/cold cuts/fruit etc. in case someone doesn't like cakes...)

I was given a different room from what I gad booked. I had paid for a “superior room” and a smaller room was given to us

The room is as indicated in the advertisement and big enough for two. Bed was very good and we slept well despite the other topics below. There was salt, sugar and tea in the kitchen and one capsule to make one coffee. No other spices or oil etc. One can walk to Neive (approx. 2 km), but this is along a street.

The communication was bad not only because we did not talk same languages. At arrival, we were asked to show our passports (ok, maybe the lady was afraid of foreigners we thought). Then - before letting us in - we were asked to pay the entire rent for the apartment although this was already payed via booking com. Then there was only one set of towels (the landlady brought another one: ok). Opening the kitchen wardrobe we discovered a very strong smell of mold (!). In the bathroom there was still the waste of the former guests. The toilets were not cleaned. The kitchen is equipped badly, e.g. there is no water boiler/kettle as was promised in the advertisement in the kitchen. Fume hood is not connected. No functioning gas lighter as well and only a 100 mL pot (see foto). We were told that it is forbidden to cook meals in the kitchen. In the fridge (which we needed to connect after arrival) there was a sheet stating that the use of the fridge costs 10€/day... No storage for your clothes except a cloakroom rail.
