The view is breathtaking. Views of the mountains, The bay of Naples. Our description doesn’t do it justice. The changing light, clouds. Valleys, church bells. Then the most amazing staff, front desk manager Dott.Alessandro Irollo and all the staff and I mean every staff member from the moment we walked in to when we left. Their warmth and kindness will stay with us for a long time. The food was lovely as was their wine 😎 The room was clean with that amazing view and the shower was strong and perfect temperature. The staff also helped with every query we had. Helped us to hire a car, recommended places to eat and general advice for the whole Naples and almalfi area. We had had a very difficult year and it was an absolute joy to stay there. We will be forever grateful for their collective care and kindness. We had no Italian and it wasn’t a problem for them

Nothing. This is not a complaint about the hotel. It would be useful to hire a car but we managed with the buses too.

The hotel is beautiful, and it exceeded our expectations wildly. The breakfast was abundant and included pastries, cereal, yogurt, toast, bacon, eggs, and all kind of hot and cold beverages. The staff was very nice and helpful, particularly Alessandro at the front desk. He gave us advice about nice places to go, even for dinner or tourism, he made sure to be always available, and he spoke Spanish with us (we are Argentinians) in order to make us feel even more comfortable. We definitely recommend it!

Everything was just great, exclusive spacious room with two balconies with a stunning view. Great service, rich breakfast. Restaurant and bar available. Swimming pool.

It’s far away in the mountains, so having a car is a must. But with the car the location is close to Pompeii, Sorrento and Amalfi, 40 min drive to each spot. Some fireworks at night, but if you shut the door you don’t hear anything.

Honestly, one of my best stays in Italy. Big rooms, incredible views, fresh air and so well connected! You can easily reach Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento or Napoli, but staying away from the crowds and enjoying the nature. Loved every minute of my stay and thank you once again to the staff that was always nice and helpful. The food was amazing! Very impressed by the breakfast too - they offer continental, which is rather difficult to find in Italy. So many hiking options around, I am sorry I couldn’t stay for longer and I could only try one. Def a must come back. Highly reccomend!

Very beautiful and clean room with beautiful view The breakfast manager was very nice, listening and very helpful, i think his name is Antonio <3 1st day, we have checked-in very late for breakfast and we were hangry, he was so nice, he gave us a lot of food Wa had our friend's birthday on the second day, in the morning he offered a big cake and told us why you didn't tell me before THANK YOU Antonio <3 <3 <3 The receprion staff was great, we asked for a room with view, they were very listening and they gave us a room with one of the best views

The wonderful staff and the swimming pool.

Coffee (not nice) is from self service machine. We were so looking forward to freshly brewed Italian coffee. 😞 The air conditioning is on one setting and not cool enough given temperatures at this time of year.

The breakfast had a good selection of food , the pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. We had an issue with the bed in the first room allocated as one of the legs were missing but the receptionist changed the room without a problem and this had a lovely balcony

The duvets were a little dirty and there were hairs on the sheets. The rooms were allocated in the building across the road which was dangerous when crossing the road to the main building due to the bend in the road. I would say this was more 3 star

Loved staying in the middle of the nature! So many hiking trails around and ways to enjoy nature. The location makes it easy to reach Positano, Amalfi and Sorrento and many other wonderful places. Loved the food, especially the breakfast (continental breakfast is a rare find in Italy, generally, so I was really amazed to see it here). I was really, really impressed of the fact that they had fresh flowers everywhere in the common areas!

Very nice and quiet location, table football and table tennis for kids , we choose the location to be close to Positano and Amalfi . Breakfast was good, breakfast staff could be more friendly

Pool was across the road and the water was very cold, but otherwise very nice
