Our room was clean and quiet. We had a jacuzzi room and I was impressed that there was no musty smell, as you usually get in those types of rooms.

There were some cosmetic and minor maintenance issues. Some cracked tiles, a sink that drains slowly, a TV remote that wasn't programmed, the carpet probably could have used a deep cleaning. The place was a little rundown overall, but nothing that affected our stay.

The location the comfortable room. I Wes upgraded no fee to a lower level. Greatly appreciated. It had two beds.

Saw a bug on the bed. I think it was a tick. However it is close to woods. Also no ironing board even though I did get an iron no fee.

The service the staff was caring and attentive and willing to make their guest as comfortable as possible.
