App is showing 400rs but hotel charged 700 this is not fair it's very bad... Don't book rooms in OYO it's a very very bad....

The hotel does not have the BASIC facilities. Unclean rooms, no proper lights, fans without regulators, unclean and unsteady beds, no dining, dirty bathrooms, dirty walls and floors, no card payment facility, no room service, no wifi, no land phone even. IT DOES NOT MERIT LISTING IN BOOKING.COM.

The worst hotel experience in my life. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. I booked the hotel by booking.com and when I arrived and they realised that I am not indian - price was triple! They didn't want to help me at all. I was refused to get password for WiFi. It's dirty and smells bad. Diseaster not hotel! I don't reccommend

Location

The fact that the receptionist told me the price I paid online is not applicable and that I have to cough up double the amount to stay and this was at midnight. The pillow covers were dirty and covered in lipstick marks- obviously bed linen was not changed for many days. The hot water wasn't running. The air conditioning was not turned on due to the low price and there were bed bugs. Will never stay again. Any potential guests, be ware of the price trap?

I didn’t like it at all

I didn’t like it. It is the worst property I have ever seen and the staff working there are third class. They don’t even know how to behave with the customers. The property owner is rude, so I canceled my reservation immediately. Not even entered the property.

The managers are fraudsters. Citing some property policy, they are extorting money from customers into their own pockets. The discount given by OYO is not considered by the managers at all.
