I had an incredible stay at Hotel oak by signature.The location was perfect and near to airport . The room was (clean, spacious, comfortable), and the bed was extremely cozy. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel amenities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again! Great stay at Hotel Oak by signature,and even the location is near by the airport very convenient In travelling to the hotel I really like it,staff was very polite by the hospitality, the room are very neat and clean, restaurant Ambiance is just simple awesome, the morning breakfast was really good with cut fruits, the room service was great, I would highly recommend this hotel for business trip, we will visit it again soon..

The hotel restaurant had excellent food and a wide choice. We were really surprised with the quality. We would go there if it were only a restaurant. Best hotel restaurant food we had on our 6 week trip.

We picked a low cost room which we did not realize did not have a window. This turned out OK because it was dark and silent conducive to sleep which is all we needed the room for. …but a window would have been nice

Good location (close to Airport), next to a local train station. Good value for money. Convenient for travelling as hotel arranged taxi airport drop off early in the morning for a small pre agreed fee of Rs 600. Restaurant downstairs/ in lobby had reasonable variety of food. Friendly staff.

Dated property, needs some maintenance. The hotel rooms would benefit from a fresh paint and repair of taps, etc. Having a standardised payment method would be useful. Have to pay separately for restaurant food rather than adding to room, sometimes don’t accept a card payment.

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel Location is near to the airport at a reasonably priced, rooms are clean. Bathroom are good with the TV facility kettle and tea and coffee available. Clean bedsheets and towels, our slightly older ones I have naughty issues with this hotel. I will stay again if necessary.

It is very near by to airports , restaurant and most important thing is the staffs are very helpful and cooperative . Room is neat and clean as i have seen in the picture .

Staff was hospitable and very nice. All facilities available for comfortable short stay. Travel desk was helpful. They allow 1-2 hrs extension without charge. Front desk lady helped me get my important documents printed. Overall Check out and Check in is very smooth that is a big plus point. No hassle or formalities at checkout.

Not sure about all rooms but few rooms do not have windows which is bit uncomfortable. Payment via card had some glitches so had to pay room tariff by cash. I cannot generalise it just may be my case. The next day card payment for breakfast was accepted.

initially they had provided the room with no water in toilet. After complaining, they have changed the new room which is good. they should be proactive to understand the issue before they allocate the room to customers.

Affordable place, good food and very helpful staff. I forgot my watch and the service desk person pruthvi was kind enough to courier it the same day.

the room was not cleaned and ready on my arrival. Understand it was a weekend and busy. May be that area can be improved
