Il point out and make it simple The room were spacious and nice Toilets were elegant and huge Food was excellent Staffs were polite The best hotel in shamsabad if ur in a budget Trust me its the best and looks like a 5 star hotel

The pillows were so huge and we coudnt sleep And there is something fishy goin on during breakfast They dont keep all foods at once in buffae We wait and wen we finish eating and wen we wash our hands they keep new foods like roti dosa or vada For past 4 days straight i noticed it Its like the staffs dont wana gv us those foods so they jus keep idli and go. The staffs eat those after we leave so tht they dnt hv to make again fr them. Akoya management pls rectify with the staffs. I hope the managemnt finds that Wen we leave and wash our hands they come and keep new foods If its one or 2 day i might thnk its normal but past 4 days straight they did it

A clean and comfortable stay in close proximity to the airport. With ac and running hot water in the bathroom.

The doors of the room open onto the lobby, and for some reason, the sound in the lobby echoes. So we could hear the other room doors bang and noises echoing just outside our room, which was a bit disturbing at night. The breakfast was very basic and strangly cereals and black coffee was there but no milk.

The room was superb clean and very comfortable. Obviously it is a newly constructed hotel and we'll maintained. Good ambient for family stay especially with kids. Close to the heart, the staff was so kind, helpful, and the hospitality way extraordinary. Especially the receptionist, Nama Madhuri, supervisor, property manager, the helper and almost all of them have down to earth behavior and exceptionally help alot. Thumbs up

Nothing to commend bad

Well-situated close to the airport, but is confusing to get to - my taxi driver had to call the front desk for directions. The staff were fantastic!

Could have been a tad cleaner, but for a simple overnight not bad at all. I've been in much worse!

Good and very clean for those who need to spend a night or a couple of hours near the airport. Rooms are modern and well equipped.

Doors are thin, everything happening in the corridors can be heard. Sleeping with earplugs helped.

Although the hotel is very clean spacious and modern the surroundings are very dirty dusty and so contrasting to the quality of the hotel. No decent restaurants close by. There are some options on the highway in close vicinity but are sub par…..

The room was spacious and clean. Water pressure in the shower also good. Mineral water bottle given. Staff also greeted us nicely.

The hotel was very clean . The room service was awesome . Staff were Very Cooperative and mam working on reception provided us with best customer service.

Great location for 1 night coming in on a late flight. Helpful staff. Large room. Lovely breakfast. Reasonable price. Very good communication with the hotel after late booking.
