i love everything about here. staying here was the right choice i made. first, the hotel's design is beautiful, the room is very nice and comfortable and clean. my favourite part was the room has a smart tv. the bathroom, very clean and i love the smell of bodysoap they are using— its a lovely scent. the poolside area is clean, inviting, and peaceful. second, the breakfast really met my standards and my family enjoyed it as well. and lastly, the staff are just amazing— so kind, friendly and really helpful. i wish we stayed longer, but i'll definitely come back here if i visit medan again.

We had a lovely stay at Le Polonia and were sad to only stay one night. We arrived early into Medan and were welcomed by the lovely reception staff at Le Polonia. They offered us an upgrade on our booked room and even gave us free early check in! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel has many great facilities as well as being central and close to nice restaurants and other sights. When we are back in Medan we will definitely be staying here again

It was booked ahead with credit card . Also Secret code given to wife . She was pregnent and had to wait 4 hours to check in . As I had to send my ID to verify . The booking was made for her . I had selected the option in the website . But it says it was made in my name and did not let her checkin for 3-4 hours waiting in the lobby with my 8 month kid . Was not happy when I heard about it . You could have gave her a room . And later she could have shown you the ID . As there is time doffernce .

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful, the choice of food at breakfast was very good and the quality of food in the bar and restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is a little out of town and very busy roads so a cab is required to go anywhere.

The buffet breakfast was superb n lots of choices. Just that the kuih muih were too sweet to me. Comfy room.

The remote control of the aircond in 1 of our rooms wasn't functioning. We didn't report it as the room temperature was fine for me.

Love the breakfast buffet spread. Variety of food and taste great. Spacious room for family room. Location is good. Located not in the busy area and road.

We have three person and this hotel is able to cater for 3 adults in the same room. Generally clean and in the middle of the city.
