We came to Indore to visit Kal Bhairav baba, Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar temples. WOW was an amazing choice that I made. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were really good. I have to especially say Mr. Jai Tiwariji is an extremely genuine person. He made sure that our entire trip to Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar was wonderful. Throughout the trip we did not face even a single hurdle and that would be because of Tiwariji. My whole family was very happy with how the trip went. I will definitely come back for many more trips to Indore and WoW will definitely be my preferred hotel.

I noticed that the hotel is giving training to many newcomers. This is great to see as well. I believe it is definitely a great example the hotel is putting infront of many others. However, I still would recommend to have experienced individuals also to be among the hotel restaurant staff. Some times the restaurant staff looked a bit worried. I wouldn't change anything else in the hotel.

The room size was more than what I expected. Ample walking space even after keeping a twin bed, a two-seater sofa, a highlight chair, and an office desk. All the staff were very polite and more than welcoming. They had good expertise in their respective areas and found the best resolution/information quickly. Food options were plentiful, and every dish was very tasty. The staff were very accommodating with my late check out request. The location was very convenient and close to all amenities.

The location and staff service. The management and staff were very cooperative to accommodate additional requests during stay. Food there is gastronomic delight and chefs personally attend guests to incorporate suggestions given by guests.

Pool hygiene. No display of pool etiquettes. Guests entering pool without taking shower and even a few not in proper swim wear. Pool attendant is not assertive to advise guests to adhere to pool etiquettes. Pool may be covered with net to avoid Bird droppings. Pool is not temperature controlled.

We stayed for one night at Wow Crest Indore. It is a pet friendly hotel and we were travelling with a pet. We were upgraded to a larger, spacious room and got some free pet amenities! Food and the breakfast spread was delicious. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was warm and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay! The location of the hotel is right in the centre of the city!

Good clean hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Constellation. Restaurant was really good. Did visit other restaurants but didn’t have time to eat. The quality of food in constellation was really good. The staff to mention a few Bharat Anil Deepak Rimchum Khushi Kaur Devesh Sunil chef were all very helpful.My wife has garlic allergy. Her food was specially cooked and she loved it too.

1.Location of the hotel. 2.Rooms are spacious enough. 3.Had illness/dysentery during my stay management helped escorting us to the nearest hospital about a km away early in the morning.

1. Unwillingness of the chef to prepare kadi, was asked to follow a curated diet after the illness. 2. Had booked a room option which mentioned 20 percent off from booking.com it turns out while checking out the discount is only available on lunch and dinner buffetts. Not on in room dining. It would be more transparent if it's mentioned whilst booking.

helpful staff, nice and clean bed, like the lights in the room. also, I got diarrhea the first day I arrived Indore, the congee served at the hotel just saved my life!

rooms are a bit too close to the street. the central air conditioner cont be adjusted so perhaps it’s best to bring some thick clothes just in case.

Wide-spread Breakfasts and even the dinners we had at the Hotel were of superb quality and taste. Floor staff and the chefs were very courteous and attended to our needs. We interacted with floor staff Nitin, Deepika and Chef Rakesh Gupta. And security guard Hyrudaya. They are very service-oriented and caring.

I asked for a higher floor which was declined.

Staff was polite, greeted well

Rooms were not clean, bedding was untidy, stains on the carpet in the room, stains on the blanket, towels were dirty, They even charged me for the Cashew nuts kept in the room , I had booked all inclusive stay from them, I paid 1000 RS for the Cashew nuts.

Staff and service everyone has a smiling face they treat you very well ...
