The front desk bent over backwards for us, accommodating my disabled companion even though we booked last minute on a holiday weekend. Our room was scrupulously clean and quiet despite our proximity to the rodeo grounds.

Price was pretty high because of the rodeo and a highway closure, but still the best price available in Payson.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower worked well. The hotel and room was everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was easy to find and staff was friendly. It didn't cost us a whole lot just for a resting place.

The toilet in room 111 was not secured to the floor . Or just put silicone caulking around the base . You already know this parking lot needs to be redone . Everything else was great . Thank you .

There was no breakfast at this location. We knew this in advance because they sent an email informing us of this. Room was nice, very clean.

USB ports in the outlets.

We were able to get a room on Christmas Day and staff was more friendly and the room was cozy and warm with it being cold outside.

The staff, especially the housekeeping crew and front desk personal. Room was very comfy especially the bed, so nice and soft that we fell asleep real fast and slept soundly even tho roadway was real close to room.

I loved how homey it felt. I didn’t feel out of place.

The main street it’s off is a pain in the tooshy to get out of but that’s not their fault.

Kelly was amazing and everything was great!
