Everything was excellent! My daughter had a blast at all the swimming pools, the slider, and the kids' space! The room was perfect for a family of 3, as they have a separate bed. The food at the Persante restaurant was excellent! The Zanderfiller, in particular, was cooked to perfection! The bar was also great. We tried a couple of drinks, and they were very well prepared. The breakfast is one of the highlights; there are many options, lots of fruits, and a special way to start the day. The rooftop pool was also gorgeous, with a nice view! I can only recommend this hotel if you want to relax with your family! The staff was always valuable and willing to help!

The Radisson is located approximately 600 meters from the Baltic Sea. We had booked a room with a separate living area — an absolute dream for a longer stay, as the accommodation even featured two bathrooms. A spacious northeast-facing terrace, however, offered views of a large construction site for a future hotel complex and a parking lot, which somewhat diminished the overall impression. On the plus side, we were welcomed with several amenities that sweetened our stay. That was truly first-class. We arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time, as early check-in is usually available for a small fee. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time, and we had to wait until exactly 3 PM for our room to be ready. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, separate swimming areas, and a small sauna section. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. There’s also an à la carte restaurant located right next door.

What fell short, however, were the gym facilities and the kids‘ play areas/playroom.

- The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. - The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. - Swim pool was not busy at all.

- The game room was a major disappointment, as every piece of equipment was broken and unusable. - There are no stairs available, which means relying solely on the elevators. - The gym is severely lacking, with equipment that does not resemble a functional gym. - The downstairs pool is only free for one hour each day; after that, there is a charge. Good side is that is never busy. - It's a 12-minute walk to the beach, which might be inconvenient for some. - The drink I ordered at the bar was undrinkable. - I contacted the hotel twice to request adjacent rooms and was assured it would be arranged. However, at check-in, the staff was unaware of this request and did not provide the promised rooms. - Winter duvet in summer?!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks in part to the excellent amenities and service. The swimming pools were well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. The variety of breakfast food was impressive. Special mention to Piotr, who welcomed us with great professionalism and explained all in detail when doing check in. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The distance to the beach was farther than we expected, and the road leading there was not the most convenient or pleasant. This made getting to and from the beach a bit of a hassle.

The staff was so nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet an dinner buffet was also nice. The room was clean, as well as all the wellness facilities, such as the pools and sauna. The hotel is located only 1km from the beach by foot, which was amazing for daily beach walks. The city is not as interesting, so we spent a lot of time in the hotel itself and we had a great time.

Unexpectedly the Aquapark which includes the big in and outside pool and sauna are only free for 1 hour a day, we didn't know this, we thought it was fully included. We didn't mind in the end, but this information was not communicated to us. Parking is also not included but for about 10-12€/day. The walls from the rooms and the hallways are quite thin, and because we were staying during a national german holiday, there were lots of families and unfortunately we had noisy families next to us and above us and the kids were so loud, running, screaming and stomping. So if you're sensitive, maybe ask to switch to a more quiet room.

Fantastic location near the promenade and beach. Bike hire close-by and short trip to Kołobrzeg town centre and train station. Kids loved the water slides and pools. Breakfast was great with a tonne of variety. Dinner menu was also very nice and the bar had a great selection of cocktails.

We were charged for being 10mins over (delayed changing the kids after the waterpark) - not a large charge but a little annoying after our stay. Bar was busy and the staff were struggling a little to keep up with orders. Drinks were very nice tho'.

Great place to relax and rest, everything you need is available on the spot. Amazing spa with dry and steam sauna, swimmng pool, jacuzzi. On the roof is also a small heating swimming pool with sunbeds. But what was absolutely the best - food!! Delicious ! Huge variety almost every day, (we had half-board), all meals were tasty and we always found something for us.

Two things - if we pay more for dinner it would be nice to get something more to drink than water and tea. That's a so lame that you have to pay for juice or coffy during the dinner but when the breakfast is served, you have even fresh orange juice for free, not mentioned about coffe,hot chocolate, different types of juice all for free. That was really weak.. - price of parking. Many empty parking slots show that parking is too expensive. Plenty of guests decided to leave their cars in front of the building where parking was for free. In the underground parking maybe 10-15% of all parking places where occupited (at the begining of July!). If someone from the management ladder will be read that, maybe its worth thining twice 😉

Nice looking hotel, good breakfast, great parking in garage with plenty of space, great drinks, coffees and cakes in the bar. We were given a free upgrade which was much appreciated!

We arrived on a Saturday for a three-night stay. My wife immediately went to the spa to book treatments but was informed there were no available times until the following Thursday. The woman at the spa was unhelpful and unfriendly. Find it strange that everything is fully booked when the hotel itself is far from full. This incident certainly put a damper on our stay.

We will visit this amazing hotel again! This hotel is one of the best hotels my husband and I have visited. The rooms are new and modernly furnished. Each room has air conditioning, a modern Smart TV, a refrigerator with free water and of course hot drinks such as tea and coffee completely free of charge. The staff he was very kind and always ready to help us. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is rare in most hotels. The hotel has several pools, two of which are outdoor, but with warm water. There are two saunas and a steam bath. A great attraction for children is the Aquapark, where you have the right to one free mass of fun every day. Around each pool there is a lifeguard who watches and makes sure that all people are calm and enjoy the great pools. We recommend everyone who wants to rest and have fun to visit this amazing and beautiful hotel.

The food was wonderful and very varied. The only thing that disappointed us a little was that the plates with different types of meat were mixed, and we do not eat pork. I hope that next time we will not face such a problem for us.

Hotel has many amenities - spa, fitness, infinity pool, kids club and play room. But the one we liked the most was the Aquapark. It is not very big, but during our stay it was never crowded. It has 3 slides (2 indoor and 1 outdoor), jacuzzis, saunas, couple of pools. During our stay the weather wasn't too good so we used the Aquapark a lot. The breakfast has everything which would be expected from hotel in this price range. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There is a large free parking next to the hotel, so using underground paid parking is not neccessary.

The Aquapark is free only for 1 hr/day. However additional hour is only around 18 PLN (3.5 EUR). There are rail tracks nearby, but the trains go there rarely and do not go there at night (at least they did not go during our stay).
