The staff are GREAT! including Shadow. The location is very quiet. The bed was comfortable and shower hot. The shower and sink drains worked, which is more than i can say about a few fancy hotels where I've stayed. The windows actually open for the great Montana fresh air (which also doesn't happen at fancy hotels).

The country Inn needs to identify itself as a motel- not hotel. (but then I once saw a semi truck identify itself as a Pris, so...) The room i had was NOTHING like the pictures on the website. In fact i laughed when i walked in. On another note: There was hair in the tub and on the sink- which is one of the most gross things to me. But, over all it is comfortable. AND- the people are sincerely friendly and professional.

The 24/7 breakfast bar came in very handy for me as I got in late and no restaurants were open. While yes the omelet and biscuit and gravy were pre-made and put in the fridge for you to microwave when you're hungry, I have to admit it wasn't bad, and it definitely hit the spot after a long day on the road. If you let the restaurant next door know that you stayed here you also get a discount on any meal there.

I was sad I didn't see the Inn dog, that's really the only thing I can think of.

We didn’t partake of the breakfast, but they were generous with the bottled water (which for me was huge). Everyone here is extremely friendly including Shadow! It was easy to check in and out. The room was spacious even if the bathroom was a little small. Beds were a little uncomfortable for my taste, but I will take it since the hospitality was so good.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for us and the bathrooms were small, BUT these were very minor inconveniences. The only other thing I can suggest is maybe having an extra blanket and pillow available in the rooms, but again, too cold? Turn on the heat. Too hot? Turn on the air. Need a pillow? Call or go to the front. Minor things that I am literally searching for.

The location was within walking distance to stores & casinos. We stay in Libby at least 5 times a year. We also come over for day trips. We often change up the locations we stay, to find a favorite.

Our TV turned off everytime we flipped the main light switch. The lamps & TV were unplugged when we arrived, so it took a minute to get comfortable. We were trying to charge our phones, & the outlet on wall was also connected to the TV with the lights. No light on, no charging.

The property was very nice outside and inside. Our room was very clean and the towels smelled so good. They had complimentary cold bottled water and breakfast items available 24 hours a day. I reserved a room for Sunday & Monday nights. Early on Monday afternoon, we were involved in a car accident and our car was totaled. My husband’s brother had our other car and offered to bring it to us. Tom and another front desk person were so awesome when we asked to extend our stay one night and get a room for our family members bringing us our other car. We can’t thank them enough for helping us out. The entire staff was the most helpful and genuinely warm and nice. We will be back, guaranteed!

For a place this cheap I couldn’t believe how highly rated it was while looking online. Usually cheaper places have the worst reviews. But we decided to gamble and stay here. The best customer service I’ve had in years. They’re so friendly and they have homemade cookies waiting for you at the front desk. They have a 24-hour continental breakfast with fresh fruit, bagels, egg muffins, cereal, Free bottles of water, etc etc etc. the room is so clean and cozy. The vibe is awesome all around. Will definitely stay the next time we are through. Very tranquil, happy stay. They even have roku on the tv! And a faux fireplace thing haha.

Tom at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and started our stay on a great note! We stayed in the room with three queen beds and it was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The 24 hour continental breakfast was really convenient and the free cookies are fire. There are bunnies that hang out in the grass outside and they put a smile on our faces as well. It was very quiet there so we slept really well and that was a plus. AC kept the room really cool. Smart TV was good to have but on the small side.

There wasn’t counter space at the sink for toiletries and getting ready, and the sink drain pipe leaked. We just put a garbage can under it and told the staff, so hopefully it gets fixed for future guests. It’s just an older building in general and honestly it’s to be expected that there will be some minor issues. I really didn’t expect anything fancy when I booked our stay, but in my opinion the room was overpriced for what it was.

This facility is dated, but in very good condition. Our room was clean, except for the mini fridge. The breakfast was limited, but acceptable.

The room was heavily scented when we opened the door. For someone who suffers from asthma, this was a problem. We opened the window to start airing it our immediately.

Overall, I give it an 9 or of 10. The only issue we had was having to ask for more toilet paper because the 1 roll in or room wasn't even half a roll. Other than that though, everything was fine and I would stay there again.

I swear the shower was built for people 5 feet tall or shorter! Lol

Amazing place to stay! booked a triple queen room for girls weekend to see Kipp Moore. The staff was awesome and very friendly! We were greeted by a sweet pup that was also very friendly. The room was huge! Having 3 beds was also great. We will definitely be back! Thank you Libby!!!

The “continental breakfast” was a bit disappointing but would still give the entire stay a 9.5/10.
