- Kind and professional service: David was genuinely pleasant during both check-in and check-out and even helped us find another nearby motel when Evergreen was fully booked. - Relaxing, well-furnished room: It was quiet, clean, and gave us a moment of calm during a difficult time. - Comfortable bed: We loved having the option between soft or firm pillows—such a thoughtful detail. - Convenient personal touches: The makeup remover wipes in the room were a small but incredibly appreciated amenity that made us feel cared for. - Peaceful atmosphere: Everything felt cozy and comforting, exactly what we needed.

- Construction inconvenience: Canopy and sidewalk installation made it hard to get in and out of our room, especially in rainy conditions. - Safety concerns: Our room was in a far corner, and the high step up and down felt risky and I worried about falling. - Accessibility planning: With construction happening in front of each room, a more thoughtful approach to maintaining clear access would have made a big difference.

I love this little hotel and the rooms themselves. They are clean, simple and spacious.

Arriving late in the evening I had to park on the main busybstreet and bring items in because all the parking spots were taken. I am a female traveling alone and right outside my door sat a table and chairs, occupied by three men have a smoke and drinking. Ibwas woken up in the night twice by very large wood ants (carpenter) crawling on me. I had seen them crawling around the door frame on the exterior of my room so I wasn't horribly surprised when they joined me in bed but ew!

The motel is so cute and the rooms are very well maintained and decorated nicely. We had no complaints and loved the heater in the bathroom! We were traveling through the area with visitors from the Midwest who wanted to see the natural sights and Libby was a great location to do that. They are in the process of doing some new landscaping but even with that going on the place is so nice.

The parking area is a little small but we didn't have any trouble finding a spot to park.

IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL MOTEL WITH LOTS OF AMENITIES! IT WAS LIKE STAYING IN A CLASSY, CELEBRITY KIND OF MOTEL BUT AT A FABULOUS PRICE! THE FREE WIFI AND THE MINI KITCHEN SET UP WAS AN ADDED BONUS! THE OWNER IS VERY NICE AND EASILY ACCOMODATING. I WILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN IF EVER NEEDED. ALSO, IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER LOOKING FROM THE OUTSIDE THAN THE OTHERS IN TOWN, THEY LOOKED SO SHABBY FROM THE OUTSIDE THAT I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT ROOMS LOOK LIKE, AND THEY DIDN'T OFFER THE AMENITIES THAT EVERGREEN DID!

THE PARKING WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A PROBLEM, BUT I WOULD HATE TO SEE THEM GET RID OF THE BEAUTIFUL TREE! IT WAS JUST A BIT HARD TO GET INTO THE CORNER SPOTS AND TRYING TO MANEUVER WHEN LEAVING.

very nice staff - i showed up late and he was very accommodating. Room was furnished nicely and very clean. It was last minute thing for me and i was so pleasantly surprised when i got there. I will stay again, and I recommend to anyone reading.

it was great - wish there was laundry onsite, but there was a 24hr laundry mat very close by. I did not have any complaints/

My room was an excellent value, cute and comfortable. Loved the location.

The refrigerator ran very cold, my stuff froze. It took a very long time for the “hot” water in the bathroom sink to run hot. And it would really help to have a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, etc., rather than having to keep them on the floor of the shower.

What a great place …nice outdoor space to sit & chat! One of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in…Koodos to your cleaning staff! Great location …could walk to wherever we needed..including a Brewery down the road! Inside the room was quiet…even though you are next to the hwy.

Only interesting thing was the door was not “sealed”…we came in summer, and the air conditioner kept us cool, not sure if you would notice in the winter…

The room was comfortable and clean. We were delightfully surprised to find fresh sheets and towels when we returned after being out all day - the chain hotel we stayed at just before (also for a 2 night stay) did not provide that.

The parking lot was a little tight and the ice machine was broken - but that's all that kept it from getting a 10. Would definitely stay again if we are in Libby.

We were motorcycling through extremely hot weather all day. When we arrived at our room it was already very cool. Extremely pleased that the staff had the foresight to turn on the air-conditioning before our arrival. It was such a relief from the blazing heat outside. Also room was very clean and comfortable.

The motel is centrally located, close to Libby's main street, and other restaurants and businesses. There was adequate free parking. The room was exceptionally clean and even had a cute little electric fireplace. Linens and towels were of good quality. The mattress was comfortable. There was an ice machine and microwave available on the property, and a small fridge in the room. The landscaping was very pretty and there were tables and chairs on the lawn for lounging. It was a good stay!

I really had no complaints, but perhaps screens on the windows so they could be opened at night instead of using the air con.
