The owner and the staff are the best of quality and kindness that cannot be matched locally. I have been in and out of the local area of Libby, MT and the Caboose Motel for a couple of months and the comfort, care and kindness and unbelievable out of the way service is unmatched anywhere local in Libby, MT. I do believe that with the awesome continental breakfast in the morning and the clean rooms will go along ways for this small motel, thank you for the wonderful service during my stay.

Nothing, I never had any issues but if their was anything that went wrong in the past or present the owner and or staff was their immediately to fix or correct the issues, if any

It wasn't much of a breakfast. Ever since COVID everything has changed. Prices up and not much extra to show for it. They did have the best bed to sleep. I usually show up late and leave early so for me that kind of money to just sleep is always steep. Oh, it was nice because across the street was a grocery store and 20 steps out your door was a cute little casino my daughter liked.

Nothing, it was as expected.

The room was comfortable, they had curfews, lots of motorcycles and it was absolutely a comfortable, clean and well kept bargain. I will stay here again and I don't approve of many that are budget motels and the woman at the front desk was nice and engaged. They have a breakfast that is pastry based with a piece of fruit so guests who want a healthy breakfast may need to bring their own, however for this price of hotel room, it's above and beyond. There was a little fridge and a microwave. TV was on point for show options being enough for one night, but not so much that it's supposed to be the vacation, which I appreciated. The shower had great water pressure.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper at the end, met my husband 10 minutes before check out and stood in the room with him. He did say she was generally friendly and let her in as she asked to complete a chore while he moved his bags out, but she used the time to complain. A little strange, but not harmful. Also if they want to look for ideas for improvement, I'd love to see some low budget chairs in the back of the hotel spread out, I would have loved to bask in the sun out there without sitting with the smokers out front.

The room was dated, but I like that in a room. The room was very clean and bed comfy. The shower pressure worked great. My room was big & had a loveseat, which was a real plus. My 2 dogs & I were very happily installed there. Stayed twice so far. Def recommend!

There is a fee for dogs. I don't remember if it was a one time fee for the stay or a nightly fee.

Very nice staff. Comfortable room. Soap, shampoo, lotion and Kleenex, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of towels. Heated room (24° outside this morning). Table, chairs, and TV.

Cluttered outside office which might give some people pause.

The room was nice, continental breakfast was decent, air conditiiner worked great.

Bathroom wasn't was clean as moat places we stay. The desk clerk was mostly friendly but seemed seemed suspicious of everything 🤔 TV kept turning off which turned my husband off, it is the one thing he enjoys while staying at a motel and he didn't get to watch it because it was so frustrating with it flashing on and off every 45-50 seconds. I think it had something to do with the internet connection but not sure.

Comfortable bed, slept well. The shower was good, plenty of hot water with a good spray.

Couldn't get the television to work, but that was a small annoyance since I was very tired and really just wanted to sleep.

Staff was very hospitable, the beds were very good quality, and rooms were nice.

How close to the road I was.

Caboose motel was conveniently located large rooms very clean that bathroom very very small overall stay is good enjoy we enjoyed ourselves

Very nice recently updated rooms. Very clean and nice. Location is central to Libby and area.

Parking lot needs some repairs and pot hole fixes.
