It was a tranquil and away from the city. It is a good place to relax and enjoy the resort. The dinner can be customised to your food preference, and the presentation and food quality are exceptional. It was fun to uncover the course that comes in every meal, and they make it special by printing out the food menu in a classy paper and font. The service staff can speak a little English and they were helpful and polite to their guests. The room is clean and spacious for a couple. There is public onsen at the first level and I like we were given a fresh set of onsen clothing to wear and towels to use daily.
You will need to drive as the resort is away from the city. I would prefer the bathtub to be a private onsen or a jacuzzi tub. There is no full length mirror or a table mirror to put makeup.

We had the best dinner we had in our entire life at this hotel! The breakfast was amazing as well with the best view. Inside the hotel there is not much to do other than Onsen however, closeby you may find lots of nice beaches in walking distance. We went in March so sea was cold and a bit off season however we still enjoyed walk by the beach watching seashells moving! One day it was warm and sunny and it was really nice! The highlight of this hotel is the food and the seaview. Highly recommended.
No place to have sunbath or pool. No direct access to beach. There is a road between the hotel and beach.

Sakugawa-san, the Hotel GM, and his team were super helpful and went above and beyond when we encountered some problems that were not related to the hotel stay. Breakfast is a wonderful spread and we highly recommend the Japanese option. While dinner at the Ryokan may be pricey, it's worth trying at least once for the kaiseki meal. The rooms were amazing and very big for Japan standards and the view especially at breakfast is unbeatable. Such gorgeous blue water. The onsen is pretty much empty during the day and worth a visit. We stayed for 6 nights and truly enjoyed our time there and it's all due to the service of the staff.
The location is remote and you will need to have car access as there are no restaurants or shops within walking access.

The room and the hotel in general are cosy and beautiful : the design is very well thought and the Ryokan feel is real. Special thanks to the staff that has been lovely, very kind and helpful, even with our changing plans. They are the best hotel staff we met so far in Japan. The view on the ocean from the room was stunning, as well as the bathtub on the room. The Onsen is great as well, with the ocean view and a nice sauna. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious and very generous, on the pricy side but very delicate, and it was convenient to eat at the hotel as we didn’t have a car. The massage was divine as well, the practitioner very talented. Thank you so much to the staff for such a lovely time at your hotel !
Like all hotels in this area, it’s quite remote, so if you don’t have a car you need to book taxis to go around.

Very clean, beautiful design, comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom. There is also a man made hot spring bath. Everything is well maintained and clean. Dinner comes at an additional cost but worth the experience to try. Breakfast is filling. We stayed 2 days and there are some changes to the jap style breakfast. The third day is supposed to be bread breakfast. You need a car to get around. As the building curves, not every room has sea view. If you get a room on the lower floor, likely you will see the trees instead.
No full length mirror or big mirror in room (only mirror in bathroom). No pool.

The location had a beautiful view of the coast and waters below! Loved the bath tub in the room with the sliding open door and balcony to soak in the experience being there. The Ryokan bath was also very relaxing and the entire place and staff was very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was also tasty and a large meal to start the day! Also the serums they have from Hokkaido are wonderful and recommend the serum for anyone who gets sunburn at the beach as I had!
I liked everything I had experienced there. Only downside was I had forgotten my international license back in Tokyo so I couldn’t rent a car on Okinawa. I was able to get dropped off to the ryokan location but then I couldn’t get picked up with ride share or taxi, so I had to just walk down to the town below just a 5 minute walk to catch the 2 hour bus ride back to the airport. That was on me not the ryokan, who offers a vehicle if you have your international license which is what I had originally planned to use while there, so don’t forget yours! Otherwise a perfect getaway!!

Exceptional staff and facilities. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, the onsen and sauna were wonderful, and both the breakfast and dinner we had were delicious. My partner and I each fell asleep during our massages because we were so relaxed. The ryokan is slightly off the beaten path, about an hour away from Naha. This is truly a unique experience and worth every bit of your time and money. Highly recommended.
Nothing.

Dinner was excellent and the Japanese breakfast, too. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The view was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the rooms were great.
The spa was a tad too hot for me, 41.7 The sauna has a blinking light that needs to be fixed. I smelled faint cigarette smoke on the ground floor in the hall near the onsen when we were leaving. Maybe it was blowing in from outdoors?

Breakfast and dinner. Chef and service at meal times excellent View from room. Room facilities. Dental treatment. Massage. Location.
Staff a little inflexible at times (breakfast on departure day). Visitors rules. View from public bath (covered and in need of cleaning). Dining room wonderful for breakfast but lacked atmosphere in the evening as very bright and sparse.

Probably the prettiest room I have ever stayed in with an incredible view on the turquoise Okinawa sea. The food is just out of this world, make sure to book dinner, it’s worth it. The service was also very friendly and accommodating.
The onsen area is a bit disappointing with a single pool and a small sauna. It does its job though and you will most likely anyway rather want to hang out on the beach during the day.
