Great breakfast. They made carnitas which were delicious. Along with the usual fare. The staff were so friendly and professional. Our original room was directly over a meeting room hosting an anniversary party. We could hear the music so the staff kindly and immediately changed our room. Must be a great manager because that kind of smiles and service comes from the top.

A/C’s need servicing, the pool looked a bit cloudy as well as the hot tub, there was no way to turn on the jets as the knob was broken, there were no towels in the pool area but a quick walk to front desk and they gladly gave us some. Pillows were super flat and uncomfortable, curtains in the window were torn of original track and on a patch job track, not a big deal but to the wrong person it could have been pretty major

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK, BACON NOT VERY GOOD OVERALL IT WAS OK. WAFFLES WERE GOOD. THE GRANDKIDS ENJOYED THAT. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR WHAT WE WERE DOING IN TOWN. IT WAS QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. SEEMED TO BE IN A SAFE PLACE AS WELL. GREAT ACCESS TO GROCERIE STORE .

THE WATER IN THE SWIMMING POOL WAS FREEZING. THAT WAS ONE REASON WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL. WE WANTED OUR GRANKIDS TO BE ABLE TO SWIMM. THEY COULDNT ENJOY THE POOL BECAUSE THE WATER WAS TOO COLD.

The room was extremely spacious and had all conveniences of a full kitchen.

The pool was closed because chemicals were not correct so our girl was disappointed but it happens. The carpet near the entrance of the room was very worn and pulled back and fabric on couch and chair in room are in need of some deep cleaning.

Breakfast was nice , always hot and plenty to choice from , good start to our day !!!

Nothing ever thing was perfect 🤩 Staff were always there with a smile and room cleaning was Amazing!!!

All the amenities an convenience I felt like I was in paradise didn't even want to leave, it was having the down time comfor of being in like your own apartment

Maybe the price was a little much an the hot tub could have been warmer.

Hot tub was broken and dirty during our entire stay. No coffee at breakfast, coffee maker in the kitchen of the restaurant area was broken.

Very convenient to all restaurants and anywhere I needed to go.

This is silly but the elevator was very slow.

The ladies who worked the breakfast bar was excellent! Very kind and helpful. And seemed happy to be there. We did like the suit very much! Good amount of room and was clean.

We were disappointed that room service did not come in all three days we were there. We had to ask for toilet paper, the trash never was picked up and towels everyday. We were never told that housekeeping only comes some times or not at all while there. I am not sure if they were understaffed or not. The staff I met was friendly but seemed not happy to be there. Also the dishwasher did not work in the room. We forgot to mention that while checking out.

Jacob (evening front desk employee) was extremely helpful. Unfortunately things came up that delayed our arrival day. But Jacob eased our weary and work with us in resolving it. We’re truly grateful and many thanks for it. Keep up the great job . God bless<>< Sam and Sandra Torres
