The breakfast was not good. Please, read the next section. Beds were very comfortable.. Easy to get to the room. Rooms were clean. The AC worked good. The staff were very nice.

The breakfast was not up to par. Some of this was because of other travelers but some was just items were just not present. The waffle maker had burned or wet mix all over it (travelers). No fruit (one traveler had 5 oranges at the edge of his plate). No eggs, no meat, no hashbrowns, no coffee, no yogurt, one apple and it was bruised badly, no juice, and no milk. We were really hoping for a breakfast because we had a funeral to go to and wouldn't be eating until around 1:00 PM. I am 83 and needed to eat to take my pills. We had to stop at McDonald's on the way to the funeral and grab something. The other thing was some of the lights didn't work. We had to use the flashlight on my phone to find items in our suitcases.

The lady working the front desk the morning of 8/6 was extremely helpful multiple times when I needed assistance. Very friendly and efficient and greatly improved my experience at La Quinta.

Would have appreciated if the air had been turned on prior to my arrival with it being 100+ in Texas right now, but this is not a deterrent from futures stays.

I didn’t necessarily like anything about the property but I also didn’t hate it

The property was fine. The room I was first put into, the lights didn’t work. Which is fine. Easy fix. The second room I was changed to was okay but there was hair in the shower and all kinds of things underneath the beds.

I really like the price and the fact that the lobby area was very clean and welcoming and the food was good except for the fact that we didn't get waffles because the waffle maker was broken

I didn't like the way it looked with the door towards the outside I just feel a little bit more secure when the doors are on the inside, of course that's something that you can't change

Breakfast options was the only thing it was very limited. Pre made options had cheese and some of us don't eat cheese. Other than that absolutely loved it! The room and amenities was great!

Breakfast options

The breakfast was sufficient and welcome. The location was good, but the exit off of I-20 West was blocked (not the fault of the hotel). The parking was very convenient. The room was cleaned well. The evening and morning managers were very approachable and professional.

We made the reservation for two (2) adults and two (2) children, but there were only two (2) bath towels for the four (4) people. This was a "Mobility Access" room but the space between the dresser and the ends of the beds was very narrow for an individual with mobility problems. Access to the bathroom sink was also limited for individuals with mobility problems due to the depth of the sink counter.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed I slept on was very hard and made my back hurt, Sadly because of my back I probably won't stay there again unless there are better beds for me.

You need more trash cans.
