The parking was great, the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very welcoming to my ESA as well. Danielle was more than accommodating and was so sweet. We dealt with her most of the time, but Alexandria was also very helpful.

The shower curtain could’ve been more aesthetically pleasant. It had holes in it, looking like it has been through the wash too many times, and there could be heaters in the bathrooms. Odessa is known for its cold winters so a heater would’ve been most helpful in a cold bathroom with tile flooring.

Booking.com took my money but did not confirm my reservation with this hotel even though Booking.com issued a notice to me to the contrary. When I arrived the desk clerk advised me they had no clean rooms due to a prior water issue in Odessa. Booking.com was aware of this fact. After using my status as a Hilton Honors member, they found a room that was acceptable even equipped with handicap features. Booking.com did nothing but take. My money and run. The disclaimer on your notice is a misrepresentation. In my view Booking.com is unethical, sloppy and irresponsible. I will never book with you again. Friendly staff, breakfast and food available, great location, clean rooms and common areas.

The pool wasn’t very clean and had algae growth. As a pool owner myself, it concerned me that the chemicals added may not be enough for the summer months and that the pool maintenance could be improved.

Location was good, very clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, clean space and organized. Same option for both days, for longer than two days might be dissapointing. Water for guest will be appreciated.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of staff.

The mattresses felt like they could use new ones. I slept but expected better

Clean hotel, friendly staff and we liked the fact that they have breakfast open until later than most other hotels. Most are open only until 9 am. Which means you have to wake up early to be able to eat breakfast although you should be resting on vacation.

Breakfast was perfect every morning we spent there. highly recommend .

Very clean, excellent location this is my 3rd year to stay here for our annual ladies conference. Breakfast is wonderful, staff is excellent!
