The front staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a bottle of water for free! Next morning the staff also gave me a free bottle of water. Other hotels charge $3. I love the kitchen! It has a better equipped refrigerator.

We could not find the place easily even if we had the GPS. The time we stayed, it had a flush flood and the roads were under construction. Roads conditions were not great around there.

Room exceeded expectations for the price I paid. Clean, quiet and great staff. Location was ideal - close to airport and to the 3 appointments I had for the day I spent in Midland.

I experienced difficulty accessing hotel WiFi. The front desk directed me to an IT support person who successfully got me connected. Breakfast was ok but not special. I tried an english muffin but it was stale.

I like everything about this hotel. It was a perfect location, and the facilities were very clean. It was not too crowded. We were very comfortable here. Every single employee was kind and helpful. Really haven't experienced much of that anywhere this day and age, so I'm very thankful for that.

We have a pet, and Booking.com still lists the hotel as pet friendly, so that's why we stayed. However, we were notified by one of the desk receptionists that they are removing that. That is very disappointing.

My wife said the bed was hard. My co Worker in another room said the pillows and bed was also uncomfortable. I slept fine. For the price I couldnt complain at all.

Building seems in pretty decent condition overall. Rooms were clean. Variety of breakfast options (at least a little something for everyone).

Nothing really was bad. It was a good stay.

Location close to airport, staff was nice, room was pretty clean and had lots of amenities.

Was easy to get to off Hwy! I left a robe there and they claimed they didn’t have it. That was the only stop I made from the time I left home. Someone took it I’m sure. Housekeeping isn’t honest there. Won’t recommend them.

The end room kitchen, fully stocked with dishes and silverware, full-size refrigerator. Microwave beds were extremely comfortable.

Be sure to put the do not disturb sign on your door if you’re going to sleep in because maids come at 8 o’clock in the morning
