Brilliant- private entry to each room like little apartments. Plenty of space, great amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. Parking right outside, which is incredibly helpful for disabled access. We've stayed in many hotels at different price points, but this was our best nights sleep in any of them!

The only negative was the grout in a couple of areas in the spacious shower room was a bit grotty. It didn't put us off using the room at all though.

AC need to maintenance cleaning: blocked nose could imply a stuffed/dusty AC When using Bolt Taxi drivers have often been mislead to another location close by

For the price it was a 10/10. Room was spacious and shower fantastic. Friendly receptionist, even though it was 1am when we arrived.

People that moan about budget hotels like they're judging them against The Ritz!

It was clean, good location, not far from a big shopping centre and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff.

Taxis were expensive into Lille. Nobody mentioned it but the tram over the other side of the road is just as quick and cheap.

The beds were a little uncompy but nothing that would stop me sleeping
