The hotel has a swimming pool, which is definitely a plus. The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offers pizza.

The hotel is quite far from Lille so it is suitable only for clients who come by car. We stayed there during the Olympics Games because the initial place we booked was canceled in the last moment. Even if all the costs were taken care by Booking, the price (especially for the the Olympics) was not reflecting the quality of the hotel. Especially during the first day there was only one person at the reception in the evening and he was overwhelmed. The management could have assured more staff during these days when the hotel was full especially considing the "special" price for one room.

The staff were incredibly helpful for my partner's dietry needs. Refrigerating the food and microwaving it when required. Nothing too much trouble. A very decent breakfast and at the weekends you could use an egg cooker to make your soft boiled eggs! Not available during the weekdays for whatever reason, pity. Very clean, modern, pleasant ambience. There is an outdoor area with a swimming pool but it is quite noisy with the traffic from the motorway, which was surprising as the motorway was quite a distance from the hotel.

There's nothing in the area of the hotel. You have to take the car to get to any outside restaurants or shops. Not really a problem for us.

The room was available much earlier than check-in time and the staff was really friendly. Really appreciated the effort made to get us a room when we arrived in the morning. Thanks a lot! The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs.

Some more warm options for breakfast other than boiled eggs would have been nice. My daughter would have loved some pancakes or waffles, and I would have liked some bacon or sausages with fried eggs.

Only one shower attachment worked and it also flooded the bathroom no cold water in either shower or sink sofa beds weren't as comfortable as the main bed

Room was ok although very dark due to lack of a main light in the bedroom area. Bathroom was spacious with a good sized shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate although some items did run out a busy times. Evening restaurant menu was limited but ok for a shorter stay.

Gym wasn't very good with only 3 machines (bike, treadmill and cross trainer) and the cross trainer wasn't working. Bathroom was very clean but there was a drain smell coming up from the sink in the bathroom when the tap was running. Probably could just do with some drain cleaner pouring down! Hotel is ok for a business trip to Neuville and nearby areas but isolated on an evening unless you take a taxi to Lille centre.

everything was nice and comfy and just about at the perfect distance where I needed it. I needed a comfortable hotel nearby Chaussée de LIlle à Mouscron.

In the room there was a noise that disturbed me during the whole night....I could not warn the reception, since it was too late, but I suggest to check it, for people who are very sensitive with their sleeping.

No kettle/cups in room, in a disabled suite which had a ready odd lay out, I.e. no sink in the toilet- was in a separate room, shower flooded bathroom, only cappuccino available to buy from bar/machine at high rate, no restaurant/food service available. Breakfast was a little sparse (not really catered for children), expensive for what it was, nothing local to buy food wise, corridor had a flood
