A very comfortable budget hotel. It is located opposite the Mercure metro station on line 2 so is an easy connection if arriving in Lille by Eurostar. Breakfast was an extra but the continental selection was very good. We stayed in Tourcoing rather than central Lille as we were attending a show at Le Grand Mix which was a twenty minute walk away or a four stop ride on the metro to Colbert station.

The tea/coffee rations in the room were rather poor. One sachet of coffee & sugar each plus one tea bag is not enough.

Breakfast was OK, hot food not really that hot. Hotel generally clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful.

The soap dispenser on our bathroom sink did not work and the ma8n shower only ran down from the left, not through all jets.

Comfortable, very clean, effective air conditioning. Nice adjoining rooms for our family. We only slept there so can't comment on anything else. Very close to metro station and an easy journey to Lille railway stations.

It's a bit old and not the cleanest hotel I stayed at. For example, in our room the plug went out of the wall wires and the floor under the table wasn't cleaned properly.

In three words: - Clean, the room was very clean. - Comfort, the beds and shower were comfortable to use. - Friendly staff and good options to get something to drink.

There was one staff member (old man) who didnt want to help us use the tables, while the other night the other members where very happy to help us. Each year we visit the same hotel and this was the first time a staff member was like this.

Very cozy little hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Location is great because of metro station in 1 min walk. Staff is welcoming and great. I really enjoyed my stay there and definitely recommend.

The only thing I have missed is a mini fridge.

Great location of hotel and very comfortable stay for a long weekend with a family. Family rooms availability is great plus.
