Good price/quality. No nonsense, clean and functional. Everything functioned as it should be. Good for a short stay. Even during the cold, snow and icy rain the room stayed lovely and warm. Central location, close to shopping centre, restaurants, metro and railway station.

The building itself has become a little dated, especially the outside and entrance to the rooms. Minor communication error with the lady at reception, although not really a problem. After icy rain the stairs become slippery and due to snow the parking and building entrance became dangerously slippery too (but so was the whole of the town)

This hotel is in Roubaix, it is on the metro line so easy to reach from central Lille. The room was clean and we were allocated a ground floor room on request. We would happily stay here again. We tooke the TGV from Tourcoing after checkout which can easily be reached by bus or metro should this be part of your ongoing journey.

Unfortunately the other guests were very noisy. Room doors open onto a car park so you hear all the comings and goings at the hotel.

This is my second visit of the year. The place was very welcoming, clean , and spacious enough for 2. Staff was very welcoming and made you feel at ease. Shiva was a very polite, helpful gentleman he always made sure there's enough food for breakfast on the table for the next customer. I will definitely recommend this place.

2 beds pushed together was not appropriate for a couple. Curtains did cover the window fully. The outside areas of the building and grounds needed some needed attention.

Better than some reviews. Clean, spacious and the room was modern. Hot water when needed, with good power on the shower. Bed was big and comfy, with plenty of plug sockets. Very little noise and short walk from a big mall and tube station

Perfect for what I required, even if it was a 24 minute tube ride out of Lille

I think overall it was decent nice location with a friendly staff

The floor wasn’t clean ,my remote control wasn’t working so I took it to the receptionist who’s promised me to exchange it, but it never happened, she said she will only report it and I have to deal with it

Secure parking in the hotel grounds, only had 1 night there but would stay there again if needed to, not too far to the centre of town and to get to find somewhere to eat.

Nothing bad to say but it does lie back a little off the road so you have to look hard for it, perhaps a big sign outside might be a help for a 1st time visitor.

Very warm on upper floors as windows do not open in rooms.
