Nice large double room with telly, right in the heart of town. Next to a busy shopping street, with a large old tower & church right at the end of it! Close to a Metro station as well, which will bring you to Lille in about half an hour. If you're lucky like I was, your room will have a bath tub instead of shower.

Your staff is very welcoming and really nice. Take good care of them, they are friendly and do their job very well !
I can't blame the hotel for guests slamming doors late. There is some maintenance to do but overall I had a really nice stay. Thank you.

The central location was ideal , the room was clean & the bed was comfortable with decent pillows. The bathroom area was clean & the toilet was functional.
A fridge would have been useful.

close to city Centre, staff are pleasant and do try to do their best.
the whole hotel need a good modernization , rooms are a bit small and need brought up to date. internet connection is not good.

I was in Ibis second time , it was the same good stay as before, the stuff were helpful and really nice , they had a concert in the restaurant as last time i was lucky to hear it . The half board was also a good choice!!
