We liked everything - the location is fantastic right next to the train station, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, the rooms were well laid out and everything was still very clean and new. The television is huge and the picture/sound quality was good. Nice complimentary toiletries. Due to lack of electric kettle in the room the night receptionist was kind enough to fill our flask with hot water so that we could have a hot drink on the train as we had to be at the Station for 5.30 am!

Just the lack of the kettle which is advertised as being one of the facilities in the room but the receptionist did explain this was a snagging issue with the recent opening of the hotel.

Location was very convenient for the train into Lille and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast options were very good and we also enjoyed our meal in the roof terrace estaurant

The shower was a bit slow to warm up and minimal tea/coffee provision in the room.

A very good surprise. The parking nearby is very convenient and the area's super quiet at night, which was a surprise for a train station. Makes it easy to arrive at any time safely. Good breakfast options.

The alarm went off at 11 o'clock in the evening, waking us up after an exhausting day. This is not strictly the establishment's responsibility but I wish there was a way to prevent this from happening.

Friendly staff very quiet and comfortable room. Good breakfast on a rooftop terrace.

The bar and restaurant aren't open on Sunday's which was a shame as it looks great.

Modern and clean. Secure carpark next door for reasonable price. Nice roof top bar and restaurant
