We love this place and stay here on our way to and from our French holidays everytime. As a family of six finding somewhere reasonably priced that can accommodate all of us is tricky but this place ticks all the boxes. Small kitchenette with a hob and microwave so you can easily cook a pasta or something, comfy beds, dark and quiet rooms, plenty of parking and friendly responsive staff. Plus they have a really tasty and varied buffet breakfast that my kids daydream of. They actually call it the pancake hotel. We can't wait to go back next year.

There's nothing not to like if you're looking for a comfortable, good value stay. It's not 5* but it doesn't claim to be. We love the place and recommend to everyone

The hotel was ideally located on our route, it is outside of the town, so plenty of parking space etc. It is a co-working, co-living space, so great amenities, even a laundry room, the rooms come equipped with a small kitchenette, and there is also breakfast, which was standard but nice. The setup perfectly matched what we needed.

Since this is a co-living space, there is a big space inside the bulding, from which most rooms open, or are only separated by a small corridor. This big space has a lot of entertainment possibilities, table tennis etc, and ppl use it, which is nice, but also very loud. We had a room on the ground floor, separated by the small corridor from the big space, but it felt like they were playing table tennis next to our bed. We were 4 in the room, so we used the living room space for sleeping, this is on the corridor side, maybe it was a bit better on the bedroom side because you could close a door within the room, but overall it was very noisy.

Good choice of fresh, tasty food at the breakfast buffet. Food available from a cabinet the rest of the time which could be warmed up in a microwave. Well stocked bar. Our apartment was spacious and well appointed with bedroom windows to the outside and the entrance door opening onto the large interior central atrium, the principal feature and social space. The hotel decor is very modern as is the concept of a hotel plus a business and internet hub (co-living, co-working), Staff very friendly and helpful, 24hr reception. Free gated parking a big plus with Lille Metro park & ride nearby for city access. Quiet location near Lille university science campus.

Lighting too low powered but a bright reading lamp was supplied on request as was a hair drier.

Big airy modern communal courtyard space with fun facilities, cool working spaces, extensive relaxed breakfast, comfortable beds and apartment which felt like it could be lived in. Whole place offered more than expected. Picnic tables on grass outside for take out dinner (they give options - no shops/cafes really in walking distance). Great atmosphere.

Don’t click on any dodgy looking links in any messages which look like they’re from here - they are not. Helpful staff confirmed they had recently had booking.com messaging account hacked temporarily (no customer messages visible to hackers, just spam going out). They were apologetic.

We didn't know what exactly to expect, but it turned out the apartment complex/hotel was a very nice concept. Our studio was well equipped, although a few more kitchen utensils would help - sponges, kitchen towels, knives, some basic cooking ingredients like salt, etc. Apparently it's meant for longer term stays where guests sort out their own tools. It was no problem, the nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes car drive away, but it's good to know. All this, however, is balanced by the very affordable price. We had a comfortable overnight stay visiting Lille. I would consider staying here anytime again.

Just a better equipped kitchen would help, otherwise ok.

The open lounge for all guests and breakfast options. The rooms were all based around the open layout and kids had freedom and space to roam and felt safe. Beds were comfy and as could have been more space/ chairs in room, this wasn't a major concern as the open communal area was sufficient.

The blinds could have shielded more of the light in the corridor as my bed was under a window in which had a security light on 24/7. Our bathroom sprung a leak from the ceiling and even though they came and investigated, nothing was done nor moved. (It was our last night) fortunately the leak stopped during the night as it would have been a major issue if kept dripping.

Scrambled egg €11 highly recommend 15 minutes walk to metro 10 minute drive to center of Lille

The room was well equipped, spacious and the black out blinds to ensure we could sleep after a late arrival was very useful. The breakfast buffet was also good, with both continental and some cooked options.

Due to our late arrival, getting through the locked car park gates took a little more 'getting attention' from someone than just ringing the buzzer, but considering the single person manning the desk at the late hour as well as dealing with other guests, we can't really fault him.

Amazing location, good apartment size, good forniture, amazing bed and pillows, very comfortable! Check in flexible and 24h so it was amazing! amazing and cute staff, everyone was super polite and nice, the open space is super! Good parking for the car, secure

All the dishes were dirty, all the pans! Everything of the kitchen inside the cabnets are dirty and not good to use. The appartment don’t have lights enough

Location was very close to my workplace 5 minutes walk. The area of Haute Borne is very pleasant with a good selection of high quality supermarkets and restaurants. It’s a very green and pleasant area.

Public transport is limited although reliable. It takes 20 min to walk to metro and 20 min metro ride to Lille centre. With your own car it’s much easier to get around this area and it’s an excellent base.
