Excellent location with a bus stop (LAM line L6) right in front of the entrance to the hotel. The room for people with physical disabilities is well done ; albeit a little small for wheelchair users). Very clean rooms

The room is very small and a staff member parks in the handicapped parking space which is not very cool

Ideal stopover. Safe secure parking. Quiet nights sleep. Only had breakfast. Was very good. There is plenty of selection. They do have a restaurant but it was closed as we travelled on a sunday.Staff very helpful. Travelling with our dog which wasn't a problem. Would stay again

The room was really clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, good quality, fresh and nicely laid out. Staff were really friendly. Location very convenient for visiting Lille and going to bike races in Belgium.

Quiet area, free parking, good breakfast, easy to get into town (Lille), and good price.

We were lucky. It was fairly quiet during our stay, but the walls were not very soundproof, especially from above.

Breakfast was very good, a lovely choice of food.

There could have been a bit more space between the tables, as there wasn't a great deal of room between some of them.

We stay here on a regular basis . The manager Antony is very helpful and goes the extra mile.

Location, staff food friendly.

The bed was great quality, therefore slept very well. Parking helped major too.

Shower/Bath was good quality but shower is best as no added risk of falling.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. She quickly had one of our rooms changed that proved unsuitable.

An extra small towel per person would have been in order.

We had 2 adjoining rooms which were ideal.

Could have done with bottle of water in room & few more milk sachets ( for coffee)

Central, clean, secure with a great continental breakfast and all delivered by great staff. We stayed for rugby and battlefield tours - perfect
