Great place directing next to the stadium, with several possibilities for food and drinks Nice and friendly staff

The AC was not working probably, not heating as the set up put as well while showering the water changed more often between warm and cold

Size of room. Cleanliness. Number of tv and radio channels actually working. Location next to the stadium. Presence of a safe.

No shops around. No hot food available in the evening. Price. Damage deposit. Walk to/from metro leading through some dodgy bits.

The staff was friendly and the room's cleanliness was good.

Breakfast was allright but the products weren't all fresh or good quality (industrial brioche, unfrozen bread, average yogurts, awful orange juice because too old...). 15 euros is very expensive for the quality on offer.

From the friendly/welcoming reception on check-in through to the comfortable rooms and outstanding breakfast, my stay at Park Inn by Radisson was exceptional. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I next return to Lille.

I don't know why the rating for this hotel is not higher. I really like the hotel. The location is convenient. The room is nice. The bar in the lobby is very lively in the evening with nice lighting, music and people enjoying a good time. The receptionist (I think his name is Radawan?) is very warm and helpful.

The location was superb, as we were there to watch rugby world cup game. The room was modern and tidy, and all you need for short stay. We could easily park the car, and the highway was so close, too.

The reception area, bar and restaurant on the ground floor seem to be bit inadequate to the hotel size and otherwise great quality

The room was good and very comfortable. The staff were helpful. It will be our hotel when staying in the area.

The parking is initially complex but otherwise not a problem. It wasn't close to the town centre but that's okay.

Location is amazing,

Every day we need dirking water, we have to go to reception and request it from the hotel. its a basic that should be given during room cleaning

Hotel is literally next to the arena where Olympic tournament takes place. Big rooms, plenty of room.

Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay and breakfast could have offered a bit more variety of choices

Location is great next to the stadium of Lille, we went there for a football match and it was really nice!

i think everything was great but if i have to say one thing it would be that the incheck time could be some earlier.
