Location right in front of the stadium (literally 3 minutes door to door)! Staff very friendly and welcoming. Furnished studio with kitchen would make it good for long term stays

Beds very low to the ground and not comfortable. The cleaning (especially the floor) was not top notch. If you have any issues with mobility like I do, this place is complicated because of a high step in shower and very low beds !

Everything was great. Room was good, it was everything that we needed. People who work there are very kind and polite. The perfect location, near Decathlon Arena and a big shopping center less then 10 minutes walking. Info for the others: On the building are two big signs "Sergic" and "Tulup Inn", only on paper on entrance is twenty business flats. You can see photo of entrance bellow.

It was at the door to the stadium so location could not have been better, yet it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, lovely shower room and, a small kitchenette which we did not use. We stayed one night and found it perfectly adequate. It obviously does not have the facilites of a hotel, bar restaurant, lounges etc so perhaps not great for more than a few days. There are restaurants in very near walking distance

Nothing really, it is exactly what is claims, a short stay business/ leisure stay.

The location is really ideal if you are attending an event at the stadium. It is literally right next to the stadium. It also is a 10 minute walk from the metro which takes 15 minutes to travel to the city so it is conveniently located near the city too.

My only complaint is that 4pm is quite a late check in time, however the staff kindly held my luggage for me while I waited.

Great location and ideal for the football stadium next door. Parking cost was reasonable. Room was well equipped with a little kitchenette, microwave and fridge.

Lack of carpets in the rooms and corridor made it feel a bit less homely than it could’ve been. Also, there was a notice on the door threatening of being charged for not emptying the bin before leaving - what’s that all about?!?

I stayed for three nights during the Olympics to watch several basketball matches. The location was perfect as it was next to the venue. Room was not big, but sufficient. Small kitchenette witch microwave and refrigerator helped to safe some money.

Due to the Olympics the rate was higher than usually - so it was quite expensive. But I did not regret to book that place, as it was quite comfortable to stay next to the venue.

The room had everything you need. It's small, which is fine, but had a lot of storage space and all the needed amenities for a short trip where I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the room. Coffee machine, small fridge, shower. Really great staff too, very accommodating, very helpful. The bald dude who was at front was really great.

It. Was. HOT. The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt. It made it really hard to sleep, especially with how thick all the bedding is. Even taking it all off, it was too hot. The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, pillows weren't very good. The whole not being able to check in before 2:00 PM definitely sucks, though. Small rooms like this are generally used by people coming for business, and those flights come in at all hours. Having to sit around and wait in the heat after spending 8 hours on an international flight is a pretty bad time. I understand that this is a thing that happens all over France though, but it's still a huge inconvenience. The guy at reception did let me check in like an hour earlier, so that was very appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant, there was a slight hiccup with checking in, and my room, but the delightful young lady at the reception desk sorted it all out within a few minutes The location was brilliant for me as the football stadium is only, about 50 or 60 STEPS away, i was amazed by that.. My room had everything (and more) that i needed, it was very clean with all the kitchen amenities etc, and as an bonus for me, you can open the large window..... FULLY..

There was nothing for me to dislike, it was all good..

The room is nice enough with a servicable desk and comfortable bed. The kitchen is spare but functional. I needed to be close to Centrale Lille, and I was.

It is difficult to find because there is no sign outside. They want you to do some kind of online registration, which is a bit of a pain.

location was excellent for a concert. bars and restaurants a short walk away. Grocery store 1 minute walk. Easy public transport by metro or bus to town.
