Clean and tidy. Very safe place. There is everything for a pleasant stay for a couple of days. Spa and pool. The parking is secure so you can leave your car. I would like to say a huge thank you to madmuasel Desbiens Jennifer for her help in resolving Internet problems and more, despite the fact that she is just a cleaning lady. HER pleasant smile and sensitive attitude towards guests is the complete opposite of the girl at the reception.

Poor brecfast. Hard to call and ask for the help on the phone. Phone in the room not working. The pillow for who? Too BIG and uncomfortable. Reception lady wasnt helpful and was not into her job when we checked in. Advise for the future not to start on the weekends your holiday.

The property was within a newly built senior residence. The location was easy to find and very quiet, parking was easy and reasonable at 7 euros per night in the underground garage. The rooms were sparkling clean, the bathroom spacious, the beds comfortable. There was a balcony to both apartments. There was total blackout window shades that worked at the push of a button. The kitchen was adequately equipped for a short stay, with ground coffee to use in the filter coffee makers. No oven but the microwave had a grill function. The swimming pool was clean and quiet when we visited and the jacuzzi worked well. Sauna was not on but we could turn it on with the push of a button. Breakfast was simple but we enjoyed it. There was a nice garden with garden furniture to relax in. Staff were kind and helpful when they spoke at least a bit of English. I would definitely book here again as we had a peaceful and happy stay.

Staff had very little English and there was no information in the rooms regarding breakfast and the use of the swimming pool. Check-in was a bit nerve-wrecking as I realized only later on the day of arrival that we will have difficulty accessing the property after 8pm. I phoned several times but they either hung up hearing that we spoke English or tried hard but could not inform me how we would gain access to the rooms. For ease of access I advise future travellers to arrive by 8pm. There was a thermostat in the apartment but probably no air-conditioning as we could not make it work. It was probably for heating only.

The concept of apartments rented out in a retirement village was interesting but really lovely, so quiet and a gorgeous clean new building. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfy beds. Perfect for families. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

What let the reservation down was lack of staff communication. We found the Parking situation very complicated and not clear. The staff spoke little English and struggled to understand us. The desk is not manned in the evenings so there's no one to ask for help if needed. We wernt given key information on check in which would have been useful such as breakfast and pool times.

I have to say that the pictures of the room(s) did not do the property justice, Large and airy with a balcony, a separate bedroom and bathroom all with excellent room for a wheelchair. Should you have wished to do so you could have wheeled right into the shower itself. That is not to say it was a disabled room, far from it to the normal eye it seemed like just another set of rooms. The Staff were excellent, with exceptional English skills, once again putting us Englanders to shame! Due to the warren like streets it takes a couple of goes to find the underground parking, which is effectively on the rear of the property. Don't let the word Seniors put you off either, although the residents may be seniors many of the guests were in their 30s and above.

We couldnt get the TV to work no matter how much we swore at it, not a problem because we had our laptops and tablets with us. The WiFi password could do with being much shorter!

The studio apartment was attractive, clean, well maintained and had good facilities. The shower, bed and kitchenette were perfect. The staff and residents were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The staff were so helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was simple but adequate and appreciated. The grounds were beautifully kept. It was peaceful and well located, just minutes from the metro. All of the equipment and facilities were in good working order. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like but there could have been a little more space to walk past the bed. The room in the Booking.com picture was more spacious around the bed than the one we stayed in. The seating and dinning areas were great but the shape of the room meant the seating/TV area was a little disjointed/set apart from the bedroom and that there was just a couple of feet at the bottom of the bed to walk past the bed.

Modern facilities, underground parking onsite. Breakfast was included. The apartment is in a repurposed industrial area, which neighbours some new hip developments including a brewery and a bar. It is a bit out of town, but it suited us.

Breakfast did not include hot food. Low engagement from the staff, who basically handed us a key and that was it. Navigating the carpark to reception was poorly signposted and was challenging to find. Ended up getting more help from other guests.

The apartment itself was spacious, light and clean. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast supplied was varied and the common parts of the building, i.e. the bar and restaurant areas were nicely laid out and, again, spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again - in addition, it was superb value for money.

The area surrounding the property didn't feel very friendly and I didn't feel inclined to look for a local restaurant - what eating places there were seemed to be fast food takeaways. You'd be better off to have a meal in the centre of town.

The place for very nice and comfortable; pool and sauna are small, but really nice, we enjoed them very much. Location is not in the centre, but near metro station and you can get there in 10-15 minutes to walk and get some food The bed in the room was very soft and nice for sleep Also personel let us to work remotly several hours from some place like lobby after we made a check-in, what was very nice for us as for remote workers And yes, it is the residence for mainly retired people, but we haven't any problems from that point of view

Breakfast was very simple, only croissants and pain chocolate with some jams, bread and yougurts; all was very tasty, but really not enough Air conditioner in room didn't work properly You can make a check-in only before 19:30, and it can be really not comfortable, but we ask for check-in before lunch and they gave us that opportunity

Quiet and comfortable bed. Spacious toilet. Nice swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi. The receptionist said it was ok for us to delay the check out till 11:00-11:30 so that we could go to the pool, which opens at 10:00am. Nice central garden. Very close to a metro station. Overall an enjoyable stay!

The picture for a studio apartment look even more spacious. So there was so disappointment at first when we entered the room. The toiletries are not sufficient- Just hand soap and shampoo, but no shower gel. The breakfast, as everyone says is relatively basic- small croissants and pain au chocolat, yogurt, juices, coffee/ tea/ chocolate. It is free flow though!! so we did have 2 rounds of it!

Good lokation in 5 min from metro and with a lot of public bikes parkings. Silent area but with a restaurants and grocery stores in pedestrian availability. New, clean, possible to cook for yourself.

No hair dryer and bathrobes, as it announced on the room description. Breakfast is average - no grains, eggs or smth the same. Only white bread, pastry and butter - not healthy and not hearty.
