Great location, close to everything. The room was spacious and there is also a kitchen. It was clean and comfortable.

The location is great but was very noisy during the night due to the train station. Staff were okay but felt like we were a nuisance for the guy on Reception.

We made 2 separate bookings for a total stay of 6 consecutive nights. We went primarily for (central) location (close to train / bus / tram / metro stations) in combination with a reasonable price per night. Cause our days were packed with sightseeing in Lille & nearby Roubaix. All we did in the hotel was sleep, so no need for luxury this time. That is what the hotel offered us. Based on all the reviews we knew we could expect basic facilities. We got one of the smaller studios on the 6th floor. Fine for us. The room was clean, with basic furniture. The bed small but comfortable. We could open one of the windows for fresh air. We didn't use the kitchenette afterall, only the fridge to store our drinks. Euralille shoppingcentre downstairs with a big Carrefour supermarket. Citycentre with all it's restaurants (try one of the "estaminets" with their local dishes) well within walking distance. Suited our needs !

During our stay the room didn't get cleaned. No fresh towels or extra toiletpaper. Bring an extra set or ask at reception when you stay multiple nights. The building is 12 stories high....with only 2 elevators. Of which one was broke during our stay. This means during checkin/checkout & diner times, it may take a while (minutes, not hours) to get up or down.....keep that in mind !

Closeness to the euro star and a ten min walk into the city. Was really worried reading all the reviews we was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment it had everything we needed .... it was not as bad as some of the reviews. Massive supermarket 2 mins away. It's on top of a large shopping centre. Was not too noisy despite being inbetween 2 railway stations.looked like we had new mattresses all cleaned.... hot water and clean towels.

It defo needs an upgrade some of the windows you could see daylight through ....

Very clean. Comfortable bed.

No air conditioning or fan in the apartment. The room wasn't ready on time despite the arrival time being confirmed by the property. We then had to wait for 30 minutes in a hot, crowded entrance foyer while lots of other guests were checked in without delay.

Excellent location. Very good facilities. Very conveniently located close to the supermarket if you want to cook your own meals.

Not usually the case but the room I had this time didn’t have any shelves for clothes, just a wardrobe with 5 hangers. Also not an issue for me but beware that, if located on the train station side, you can hear the announcements. Although they are not frequent, they start early in the morning.

No comments because I didn't bother much about breakfast. Location is fantastic; accessible to the city centre easily on foot, by public transports, ...

Personally, I was not thinking of it. But the manager does their best to compete with other big hotels in Lille. Hotel standard is far above average.

Expectations were not too high so really happy with the layout and size of each room and the kitchen area was absolutely fine for hanging out before going out, or even playing cards in the evening. pictures shown on website doesn't quite show how much space there is, thought it would be a bit smaller

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was really good! The quality/price is very reasonable, as well as the location is great and close to everything you might need. There’s a tiny kitchen inside so you can prepare/heat the food easily, and also a fridge to keep your food fresh

We had tiny inconveniences with the hair on our pillows and mattress and the smell of canalisation while flushing the toilet. But the rest was really nice

Although the hotel looks grim from the outside, it is very practical and convenient. We had an overnight stop between trains so it was perfect. Being able to do our own food worked well for us, especially as it was easy to shop in the next door supermarket. Some extra crockery and cleaner glasses would have been nice.

These apartments are excellent value for money and the staff are quick to rectify any issues. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen area and the cleanliness. Views from the apartments are fantastic!
