Good location, ten minutes walk from Lille international station and easy walking to centre of town. Room was quiet and warm despite very cold weather and quite busy road outside. Very good breakfast. Very nice welcome and helpful staff (carried bags up steep stairs).

Breakfast bananas were all rotten inside! Our room was cosy but poky. Two single beds had to be squashed close together or access to the shower room would have been difficult. Crack in washbasin. Shower doors didn't close securely and curtain instead of door to shower room not so good for modesty. WiFi very intermittent. Rather mean welcome tray: two coffee sticks and one mint tea bag!

The hotel was freshly decorated in a wonderfully flamboyant French style. Our room, though small, was cleverly laid out so included everything that we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Our hosts, despite having not a word of English, did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were fine and great value for money. The location suited us well. It was about a ten minute walk to both the city centre and Lille Europe train station.

There is no elevator and some steep stairs to climb to our our room on the second floor, though that did not bother us too much.

Room had lots of facilities even though it was small. Shower and separate loo. Tea making (being English I would have liked some milk!) TV and, best of all, a safe! It was quiet even though it is in the city. Good location near Lille Flandres station, shops and restaurants.

Quite a lot of (steep) stairs, no lift. Reception on first floor, front door was therefore locked, understandably, but we weren't sure how to get in initially. It was ok once we were checked in and had the code explained.

Everything was wonderful. The room was great size and suite. It was very comfortable. The view outside was nice. The location is the best part, everything is close and within walking distance. The room had separated toliet and shower. There was Tv, hairdryer and coffee and tea. Definitely great value for money.

Missing elevator.

The welcome was amazing. The hostess speaks French and English fluently. It was the most friendly hostess that I have encountered. After our checkout, she gave us the option to leave our luggage there until we were ready to go home. The room was very clean. The room also included a microwave oven, which was a nice touch.

The only negative point we encountered was that our water in the shower didn't fully flow away.

Very central to everything. About 10 minutes walk from Eurostar, 3 minutes to the main Lille train station and it's on the edge of the old town. Everything is walkable and so many places to eat and see. Great buffet breakfast Great value for the price

No lift but that wasn't a problem for us.

The rooms are small but well equipped. Everything was clean and the location is very good, near the main train station. The staff was nice too, and the price was great.

There is no elevator, so it's 2-3 floors up and down with the luggage, depending on the room number.

The best value hotel I would like to visit again. The best location for city tours and train station access. The staff is very kind and friendly, and the room is very clean and comfortable. There are many convenient facilities such as an electric kettle, mini fridge, and microwave. It was the best hotel for my trip.

Great location close to train stations and cathedral. Comfortable room and beds. Fridge and tea-making facilities provided. Good breakfast. Fantastic friendly and helpful hosts, who have not been at the hotel very long. They have made a great start in sympathetically updating the hotel, without detracting from the typically French feel - a very nice atmosphere.

Rooms were a little compact but adequate for our 3 night stay Shower was up 2 steps so was a bit careful When getting in and out and Reception was on first floor
