The loc was very good as we travelled on a train and its very close to the railwaystation.

No amenities. We srayed there 2 days 3 people. They gave us 3 towels for everything. Next day I asked them to change our towels coz we used them. They gave us 1. Then I had to go back to the reception to ask for more. Very beautiful girl t the front desk then went up with me and got me towels.

The hotel is obviously going through a management change. The new staff are doing their best, and there is a very articulate sense of welcome. All in all, not bad: centrally located, very friendly reception personnel, breakfast (10 euros extra) featuring local produce.

Very little storage space (my make shift closet only had one shelf). No mini fridge in the room. The attention of room service is somewhat misplaced: they felt free to move my things around including the laptop, the toothbrush and the medicine bag, while forgetting to refill the soap dispenser or taking care of the black fungus in the toilet bowl.

Entire staff were welcoming and helpful, my room was on the lower floor, well appointed and very clean, it was served by a lift. I found it very comfortable and noise level if any, didn’t interrupt my sleep. Room temperature was warm thoughout my stay… Coffee excellent,

Nothing, I was completely satisfied.weather wise it was cold, rain and windy but we have no control over that. Shall return in summer.

Despite negative commandes, we were super happy. We got a clean, spacious room..maybe minimalistic equiped, but more than enough for one night. Great breakfast, loyal cheese, tasty jams, possiblity to make fresh juice! Directly near railway station, and still not loud

the bathroom wasn't what we expected, also, there was no fridge, even though it was written we would have one, and room service is available only if we asked.

location cleanliness

curtain didn’t go all the way down, lots of light in the morning in the room we booked 2 single beds but there was 1 double bed in our room. the hotel didn’t get the information apparently. they fixed it so all good but we had to wait 30min

Friendly staff, and a clean, basic room that offered all that I need for one night.

I missed the sign on the entrance at first, but that was my fault. There was quite a lot of noise in the corridor/from other rooms before midnight (but not after). I asked for a wake-up call, but that got lost somewhere in the change-over of receptionists.

The location was most convenient as Lille Flandres station is just across the road! It's also in easy reach of the old town (a 5 minute walk to the belfry) and next door to a good kebab takeaway. The reception and housekeeping staff are very polite and outstandingly welcoming and helpful. Thank you all!

The double bed in the pop room is a little short for tall people, but the deco is lovely and the ensuite, although compact, is very functional and spotlessly clean.

Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with plenty of room to unpack etc. It was reached via narrow and winding corridors and stairs – no prob for us but check accessibility if this is an issue. Only a minute or two from Lille-Flandres station, handy for Lille-Europe, and a short walk from the historic centre. Entrance and reception are rather narrow and cramped, but it’s fine once you get inside. Nice staff too.

Great location for proximity to the station. Comfortable room. Good breakfast to set you up for a day in Lille or onward journey and loved the assortment of plates and cups. Good to be able to store baggage for the day as well.

The lift is a bit scary!
