We were able to easily move around the room, it had everything we wanted, the shower was particularly good and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast had a really good selection of both cooked and continental, there was something for everyone. The hotel is located in the centre of Lille and is within walking distance of all the local attractions. The 2 mainline railways and the Metro are also within walking distance.

The room was a little too warm for us, the thermostat could only be lowered to 17 degrees which was too hot for us at night. We had to resort to opening the window.

We ticked parking in the filters on booking.com, but there is no onsite parking. It's available through the hotel for €19, but although we emailed, we didn't get the details in time. That said, plenty of parking nearby and we parked for 24hr in the nearby shopping centre for c. €30. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptio al stay. Great little hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.

This hotel was very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is a short walk from both Lille Flanders and Lille Europe train stations. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the bar area of the hotel is perfect for an evening drink. The hotel is very clean and our room, along with the facilities were fantastic.

It's located very close to the main train stations, for us, this was a huge bonus, but it might not suit everyone.

Instead of writing the usual comments on cleanliness or good service, I prefer to highlight specific aspects that make a hotel stand out. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in several ways: Professional and Friendly Staff: The team was incredibly welcoming, even with young children. I stayed with my two-year-old daughter, and they were very patient and kind, even accommodating her whims. One staff member went above and beyond by providing two addresses for toy stores so we could find the same polar bear decoration my daughter adored in the hotel’s Christmas setup. Breakfast: While the selection wasn’t extensive, it was thoughtfully curated, offering a nice balance between savory and sweet options. What really impressed me was the homemade yogurt and fruit salad—something rare to find in hotels! Family-Friendly Room: The room was perfect for a family stay, with a spacious bathroom featuring a large shower—ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great experience!

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the check-in time. With a young child, it would have been nice to have access to our room before the scheduled 3:00 pm check-in. However, I understand this depends on the departure of previous guests.

The location of the hotel is in the centre of Lille and within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions. If you want to go further a field the Metro and main line stations are also a short walk away. The facilities were all excellent, particularly the shower, the coffe machine (really nice and easy to use) and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The choice of free drink tokens if you do not want/need the room completly valeted each day is a great idea which we took advantage of. There is a comprehensive choice for breakfast including cold meats/cheese, hot food and cereals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially with our lack of french. We really loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like, more hangers in the wardrobe would be useful and more decafinated coffee pods for an evening drink would be nice.

Really enjoyed our stay at Boa Lille - particularly how friendly and helpful the team were, felt really welcomed. The bed was comfortable and room spacious and cozy. Appreciated the good quality toiletries (L'Occitane) and teas (Palas de Thes). Room was quiet, despite the central location (10 mins on foot to main train/metro stations and to the centre of Lille). Was also very pleased to see two local craft beers on draft on the bar, good quality beer. There were a few little niggles with our room (TV stopped working & door handle was loose) but these were swiftly resolved by the team when mentioned. Would definitely look to stay here again when returning to Lille.

Very good location of the hotel, in the very center. At the same time quite quiet and calm. Very comfortable beds. Spacious comfortable bathroom. Good breakfasts.

The triple room is very small, there is no room for three, especially if you have a large suitcase)). At breakfast they just give you warm water in a teapot for tea, not boiling water. It is impossible to brew tea((. The hotel does not have a private parking, as indicated on Booking. This spoiled the first impression. The car had to be left in a public underground parking a couple of blocks from the hotel.

We really enjoyed both of our stays at the hotel each for a single night with a trip to Amiens in between. Excellent location for both the Eurostar and Lille Flandres train stations, as well as convenient for all areas of town. All staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were both excellent with great beds, bathroom facilities and complimentary refreshments which were appreciated. Everywhere smelled very pleasant throughout the hotel too with a boutique feel. Breakfast was very pleasant each time with good coffee, squeezed orange juice, fresh bread and pastries, cereals and a small selection of hot and cold eggs and meats. Something for everyone. A most enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. Not the prettiest area out front but perfectly safe and very convenient for everything.

Perfect location for walking around Lille. Room was comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. Music choice in the bar was somewhat repetitive Rap music which is not to our taste but some will like it. Will definitely be back again to this gem of a find.

Had an unexpected 2am decamp to the road when a member of staff burnt the toast and the fire alarm went off - we were back in our room within 25 minutes once staff confirmed there was no danger. Music choice in the evening was not great in the bar if you didn’t like modern French rap.

Lovely hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. The room itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. Shower was awesome! Breakfast is a simple and delicious buffet with fresh coffee and juice. If staying 3+ nights you get a free drink at the bar if you choose the enviro conscious option of no new sheets, towels etc. Great location, in walking distance to everything and the room was very quiet even though it’s a busy area.

I notice a few reviews about it being a dodgy area - they’re not wrong I guess, but it’s <50m from the main street & ‘nicer’ area, and there’s always people around - I didn’t ever feel unsafe as a solo woman. There was as unpleasant smell in the hotel that gave me a headache but after 2 days I realised it was because new carpet had just been laid so not really the hotels fault.
