We booked a king room which was clean and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen tv and fridge. Plug sockets could be used via either a plug adapter or straight into the USB slot The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows and bedding. Black out blinds ensure a good nights sleep & we didn't hear any other guests in the corridors during our stay. We had a separate toilet to the bathroom/shower area which was nice touch. Complimentary shower gel/shampoo etc smelt fabulous! Towels nice and fluffy and the shower powerful and hot (adjustable to meet needs) Plenty of wardrobe and storage space for clothes, with a full length mirror next to it. Room was a nice temperature and could be adjusted using the controls on the wall between the shower area and toilet Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but there was a safe and secure system in place for leaving luggage - we used this again when we checked out so we didn't have to take our case around Lille with us whilst waiting for our train time. Reception staff bilingual, and very helpful. Location perfect for both eurostar and walking in the centre of Lille - approx. 7-10 mins walk from the centre

Great location opposite the Gare de Lille train station and Euralille shopping centre. The room had recently been refurbished and was an improvement to the old Crown Plaza rooms. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well during my stay. The gym was adequate for a hotel stay. Wifi worked well in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The air con was not working properly in my room which was over 26 DegC on arrival. We could not get the temperature to reduce significantly and I was eventually offered an alternative upgraded room as I was staying for a full week in the hotel. The staff are aware of the issue with the aircon which was affecting other rooms as well.

The breakfast was fabulous. Large number of options and the hot food was cooked to perfection. Location is excellent. Literally over the road from Lille Europe and a short walk into the centre. Staff were very polite and efficent. Large number of towels provided.

No milk sachets in room. Fridge didn't appear to be working properly. Room was cold and bed not very comfortable. Price is a bit steep for what you get though this should be weighed up against convenience of location.

The ladies at reception were fantastic. We were able to store our cases before and after check in. The restaurant food was really, really good. My daughter said the burger was the best she had ever had. All staff we encountered from the reception, restaurant and cleaning were so lovely and helpful. The tap in the ladies toilet (reception) was not working when we first arrived. I informed the front desk and it was fixed very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Many thanks.

I found it difficult to work out how to use the room heating.

The hotel is really close to the train station and has easy access to various city sites. The breakfast was delicious. The room had a nice view to the Park Henri Matisse and both gares. The Westfield mall is 5-minutes walking from the hotel and is a nice option for shopping and meals.

When I was looking for a room to book, I filtered the search with "parking", and the result showed the hotel. Actually, the hotel don't have parking, because after I booked the room, I got a message from the staff informing that the parking is a paid one. Hopefully, they gave the directions to reserve the parking in advance through internet and I paid less for the parking.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff were warm and friendly.

Despite several requests, it took over 2 hours to bring a TV remote control to our room. There wasn't one in the room on arrival. Also, the onsite restaurant menu choices were poor and not what I believe your guests are looking for. I assume that's why it was empty, and I saw several guests walking out on viewing the menu, as we did.

Fantastic location, literally outside Lille Europe Station. Very clean, very quiet, room had a/c which was easy to use! Separate toilet and bathroom, also immaculately clean!

My only gripe was with the shower. The shower floor was extremely slippery and dangerous, there was also no where to put toiletries, they had to go on the floor as you step into the shower, which again made it dangerous and slippery. It’s a shame because the shower itself was lovely.

we arrived early as 10am, reception staff did check with the cleaning staff and was able to check us in around 10.45am.

on monday the 12th/05/25 i was told that the breakfast close at 10.30am, but when i went down at 10am for breakfast restaurant staff were cleaning the buffet counter and told me it closed at 10am. so we dis eat what was on the counter and they did make fried eggs when i asked.

The hotel is located brilliantly well with good public transport. The room we got had great views. The place was very vibrant and had lots to do. All the train stations were nearby and great pubs just close by towards the station Lille Flandres.

I think the it was too pricy for the value we got. And we were charged extra for tourist tax even after paying hefty room charges for the night. Breakfast could have been better for the price (some more salads would have been nice).

Room was tired and stuffy but ok in general for us as we were there just for one night. Breakfast was wonderful and superb it exceeds our expectations. And place is also fine. Right in the center of the city. Near parking was a bit expensive ~32 euro.

Out room was very stuffy and hot at night, but it was not hot outside. No fresh air but conditioners were working on full capacity.
