Great location next to both railway stations in Lille. Really useful to have a studio with a full kitchen . There’s a Carrefour very close by and while there are excellent restaurants in Lille it’s nice not having to eat out for 3 meals each day.

While it’s great to have a bath , it’s a little difficult to get in and out of the over-bath shower, as it’s slippery and the shower-door doesn’t open fully. Also a separate toilet is fine , but as it’s the opposite side to the bathroom it’d be good to have a small sink in the toilet room. These are small issues however, and I’d def. recommend this hotel and would stay again. Staff on Re

The apartments are great and the location is perfect. Part of the Westfield centre, right on the edge of the old town, and opposite the main train station (with private underground parking at an additional cost if needed). Beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent, a nice view from even the 6th floor (of around 14 floors), and friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was there is no tea/coffee in the rooms as standard, but then as it's an apartment rather than a hotel maybe this is the norm. It's made up for with an excellent coffee machine in the lobby downstairs and takeaway cups always available from reception.

Good location between Lille Europe and Lille Flandres stations, also near to city centre and old Lille. Excellent public transport links. Studios are quite spacious with comfortable large bed. Our room on the 10th floor was very quiet. Mini-kitchen seemed ok, we only used the kettle. The room and bathroom fittings are are a little tired but everything functioned OK. The wifi was good. We didn't try the breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Location was excellent. Staff at reception were friendly and smiling. The room was spacious, very well heated, comfortable bath tub with lots of hot water. The little kitchenette was fine for making breakfast (we didn't attempt anything more serious).

Some of the paintwork was a bit faded. One of the electric sockets seemed quite loose from the wall. When we arrived, we were surprised that there didn't seem to be any mugs, but we found them and a couple of bowls and plates inside the dishwasher, but not washed. But that was only a minor irritation.

First of all, the location of Citadine was superb convenient to reach to the office and anywhere else, in general, concept of hotel nearby train station didn't give a good impression, in terms of security or cleanness, but Citadine broke my perception. The location is convenient, safe and room was spacious, in addition, attentive staffs with smile (especially I appreciate Muriel and Vincent who provided me all the info I needed and made my staying more special and comfortable)! merci beaucoup!!

Just if you are using laundry facility, you need to take right hand side of lift!

The location is AMAZING! Super central and nextdoor to the westfield mall. Everything withing walking distance (shopping, restaurants, station, etc). Lovely staff and very helpful. Surprisingly spacious room with kitchen amenities. On-site parking was easy to navigate. It’s also surprisingly quiet at night given the central location and the beds were beyond comfortable!

Only 1 set of toiletries and no coffee/tea etc in the room (but water boiler is there and other kitchen utensils). There was also a free coffee machine in the lobby I suppose :) Older building so little scuffs here and there, but overall very clean.

The location was amazing and rooms were quite big and spacious and had a lovely view (we were on 10th floor) of the city center and we had a lovely view of the sunset as well. We also liked how there was a kitchenette area, so we could buy food back and chill out in the room. It was also quite good value for money. The rooms were a bit tired- the mattress had this dodgy red looking stain on it, the bathroom had this damp musky smell and some of the railings were falling apart, which is a shame otherwise I would have given it a 10.

The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to the city centre. It is located next to a large shopping centre and within a 5 min walk of the train station. Their parking is close and accessible via the lift. All this was very handy as were there for the Braiderie. We were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was wonderful as we needed work remotely one of the days so the extra space was much appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped.

Clean hotel, with professional and helpful staff. If you are looking for an excellent location in Lille this is the place for you. It is possible to book parking, which gives direct access to the hotel. The room was clean and had a small kitchen, which allowed for self catering, if required. Although we did not have our dog with us, I did notice a sign advising that the hotel was pet friendly. The hotel is very close to the rail station, which would be an advantage

Clean rooms, attentive staff and bottomless coffee! The place was comfortable and the price is right. Great location as well as it is easily accessible to the westfield mall and Lille Flander/Lille Europe station. Will come again here in the future. Thank you

i had difficulties on my room door on 8th floor. difficult to open from time to time and i did inform this to the staff. Hope they will repair or replace to a new one!
