Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Perfect location with excellent secure parking on site. Staff very warm and friendly. They were excellent with out paraplegic pug. Nothing was to much trouble.

Parking was a little bit expensive. The room was very basic, but having stayed in Ibis hotels before we expected that. The room was a little expensive for its size. When we booked we advised the hotel that we had a paraplegic dog that used wheels to walk. We were charge additional costs for our pug to stay, which we are happy to pay. However, the room had very little space for him to move around, which was surprising given that other ibis hotels we have stayed in provided a bigger room to allow for his disability.

close to Flandre station and city centre. For that price it was fine, even if not everything perfect.

homeless people near the entrance to the hotel asking everytime for money were quite disturbing, i was l afraid of them. The choice for breakfest was full only untill 8, after that the staff didn't care to refill, only when asked. No water, no bread, no cheese. a hairdryer didn't work, i had to ask for an additional one.

The homeless people outside right next to the hotel where they also left their pee and poop. It smelled and looked awefull.

location is practical and central, very close to the old town and the station. staff very helpful and welcoming.

just the street is not welcoming with people sleeping in the doorways leading to it and others who look 'high' passing by breakfast, was ok but no breakfast tea available, what was labelled as Assam was a green tea, the water was not hot enough.

The ibis provides basic but clean and comfortable rooms. A continental buffet breakfast is available at a very good rate. Staff were lovely. It's a few streets and minutes from the beautiful city centre.

It was lovely inside the hotel. Room & Bathroom were excellent.

Outside wasn't too nice people sleeping rough outside the hotel. Also, there is ongoing streetscape works I see. where they have protected the trees while the work is going on. It’ll be nice when it’s finished.

The hotel is well situated. The heating was good. The room was clean.

Parking! It's not specified that the parking places in the hotel's garage are limited and that it is not possible to reserve it in advance. When we came the receptionist told us that there's no available parking place. :( After almost one hour of looking for some parking, we finally found it in the public garage for 25 euros (from 17h - 12h next day, not even 24h).

Parking was challenging. The car park next to the hotel was full during my whole trip.
