The hotel is clean and quiet, with very attentive staff. Due to our short stay, we were not able to try out the breakfast. But we remember that the last time we visited the breakfast was excellent, with broad variety and good quality. Its location close to the center of Lille and relatively close to the highway, makes it an excellent entry and exit point to discover the City of Lille.

During our stay we saw some guests leaving the private hotel carpark, so it was not clear during the booking to us whether it's possible to reserve parking and at what cost. So we ended up parking not too far from the hotel at a parking garage. The vicinity of the hotel is quiet, because it's mostly a business area. But then again the bustling city centre is close by!

We arrived early and were checked in as our rooms were ready earlier than expected. Our double room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The breakfast selection was delicious and well laid out, with lots to choose from and the croissants and bread were, as you'd expect in France, truly delicious! Beretta on reception was charming and super-friendly - I requested an extra hour to the already generous check-out time, and Beretta obliged! Also, Yanis at the bar was very friendly too and he chatted to us as we drank our delicious cocktails!

The shower head did not sit right on the riser, so lots of water went everywhere! However, this was a minor thing, compared with all that went well during our stay.

Rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we got a great room after asking for it at the reception. Location is ok-ish. Close to main rail stations (15 minutes by foot). Area is rather office/business, so no cafes, restaurant or epiceries. 30 minutes by foot to the Grand Place and old town.

Breakfast cost more than the food that was available on a glance, when I passed by the breakfast area. Breakfast area is minimalistic. So the combination of not having where very closely to eat in the morning and the high price of rather poor breakfast in the hotel was a downside of an otherwise fairly priced and well maintained hotel. Also - no toiletry, only head and body liquid soap. Had to pay 2 Euro per toothbrush at the reception.

The hotel is located near the university and is within easy walking distance of central attractions. We found the hotel to be good value, clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. We enjoyed staying with our young child and our dog, and found the 3 person bedroom spacious enough for all of us.

The car park is very small and advance booking is not possible. The nearest car park with available spaces was a 15 minute walk away (we stayed for a night between Christmas and new year, so not high season) although you can off-load baggage outside the hotel door. The air conditioning works well but is noisy and we could hear constantly running water throughout the night.

The hotel offers very good value for its price. Rooms are large enough and very clean. Staff is really kind and helpful. Located 10-15 minutes walking distance to the old city center.

Even though the hotel is located at a walking distance to the old center, you have to pass through the train station district, and there are lots of strange people around there like any other european city. If you are planning to walk to the hotel during the very late hours, you may feel unsafe.

The hotel is wel located, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was small standard room but confortable, clean and wel iluminated. The bathroom was very clean and everything works as it should. The beds were confortable. You could listened a little noise from the street at night but nothing that disturbed the sleeping time. The breakfast was early served, pretty well assorted, all fresh and quality products.

We are gratefull we could get a parking lot in de building, but the hotel have many rooms and not a big parking lot. However they have a discount for very close parking👌

The location was great with good access to train stations and bus stops, so there was no hassle or extra cost from using Bolt. Staying in Lille made it easy to take day trips to places like Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, and Antwerp.

It was inconvenient that basic amenities were lacking, so I had to buy them from a supermarket.

Lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk to the centre, room was lovely, breakfast was 10/10 - Lovely eggs, bacon and such delicious bread! Lots of choice, Fresh loose leaf tea, best breakfast we’ve ever had!! Staff were very accommodating, nice area to sit and have a drink in the evening, the pizza and charcuterie board we had was amazing, it made our stay at the ibis so much better, Thankyou!!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to both main train stations and the metro line that went to the soccer stadium. Very close to the Grand Place and the old town with all the restaurants, bars, and bakeries. Perfect for what I needed

The room was hot, AC did not work very well. Easily 80 F inside and window didn't open. (It was August and 90 F outside Luckily I was there for the Olympics and I was only in the hotel to sleep

Ideal location for a stay in Lille, close to the main part of the city and both Lille Europe and Lille Frandres stations. The breakfast was very good indeed, a great choice and replenished regularly.

As is normal for city centre hotels such as this one, the rooms are quite small but they are big enough. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be most welcome.
